Welcome to A Winter View, our beautiful vacation home nestled among the stunning scenery of Deep Creek Lake. Our home offers the perfect retreat for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and indulge in outdoor activities year-round.

As you step inside our spacious home, you'll find a warm and inviting atmosphere that is sure to make you feel at home. With 4 bedrooms, all which feature a lake view, and 2 bathrooms, our property can easily accommodate large groups or families, whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a fun-filled vacation with the kids. The primary suite and two bedrooms each feature queen-sized beds while the fourth bedroom is perfect for young adults and kids with two twin bunk beds.

The interior of our home is comfortably decorated and features modern amenities like high-speed wireless internet and Smart TVs for your entertainment needs. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances along with everything you need to whip up delicious meals or host a memorable dinner party. Plus, you’ll enjoy both a regular coffee maker and Keurig to help wake up each morning for another day of fun!

Outside, you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding forests from our spacious deck, cook up a feast on the gas grill or enjoy a soak in the hot tub to soothe tired muscles from all the adventure you’ll experience while at Deep Creek Lake! You can also enjoy roasting smores and sharing laughs around the firepit.

A Winter View is centrally located near many popular area attractions, whitewater rafting, golf courses, marinas, and snow skiing, as well as popular shops and restaurants the whole family will enjoy.

House was comfortable and clean for 6 adults and 2 kids under 11. Check-in and out were a breeze. Hot tub and firepit (not having to buy/provide out own fire wood) were enjoyable. Would stay here again, 10/10

Perfect for families!

We stayed with our family friends and three kids and it was so fun! Our kids loved playing in the yard and the house was very conducive to the two families. Will be returning!

This was a lovely, spacious, cozy mountain house. Check in was easy enough and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook in the kitchen, or on the grill on the deck and then eat it out on the deck. You could enjoy the wonderful Jacuzzi or smore's on the fire pit. There are some games to play on the gigantic table or plenty of seating to watch a movie on the large TV. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. This is a great mountain house to stay in to enjoy a getaway at Deep Creek Lake.

Great little spot!

This was a great VRBO stay! A few improvements could be made: add a slip grip to the bathtubs (they were pretty slippery!), leave extra TP and trash bags, first aid kit added (we just needed a bandaid), and update check in instructions to add that it is in fact not a keyless entry, rather that the key is in a lock box and where that is located. Overall it was a great stay!

Such a fantastic property!

Just an amazing place! It was exactly as described and pictured, if not better! Beautiful deck and peaceful surroundings. Easy access to the main roads and everything we wanted was 10 minutes away. Excellent communication and the check-in was seamless. Thank you for sharing your house with us, we had a wonderful weekend!

The house was clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of amenities. The grill needed a thorough cleaning, but we were happy to take care of that. The unpaved road may be a challenge in winter months, but we had no major issues with that. While we didn't use the hot tub, it was clean and ready for use. Overall it was a very nice time.

Family Time

This was the perfect family stay for Christmas….it snowed, the kids saw deer and bucks in the yard. The bear cutout was so cute coming into the driveway. I would definitely stay here again.

A great getaway

This property was great for my group. Some of the rooms were obviously for children but our group was able to work it out. The place was clean and in an incredible location. The hot tub was clean and easy to operate. The only down side was one of the advertised beds was for a toddler and not an adult.

Weekend at Deep Creek Lake

Upon arrival, the house is beautiful. Everything matched the description and looked like the pictures. For the most part the house was clean. Only minor issue we had was the hot tub wasn’t crystal clear but it wasn’t bad enough to stop of from enjoying. Overall a great place and will be coming back.

Needed cleaned. I actually swept and va umed it. Found water bottle on top bed of bunk beds. Which tells me sheets probably wasnt changed. Plate of food under couch. Sock under throw pillow on couch. Cleaning lady shiwed up just as we got there to wipe yhe fridge out. But house was nice size with plenty of parking.

Beautiful Mountain Stay

What a great stay! Everything as pictured and described. The house was a kids dream, seriously loved the bunks and the nook! Such a cute feature. We also got visited by a mama bear and cub (safely distanced from the deck) House was super clean, fully stocked with everything for the kitchen, games, puzzles, and comfortable amenities. Hot tub was a bonus and private. House was really beautiful. I will say, if you’re looking for a view of the lake or lake access you will not find it. BUT we knew that prior to booking and it wasn’t an issue. Also would recommend a sturdy SUV or vehicle, the road was very bumpy and not paved. (We had a truck it wasn’t a problem)Would recommend to any family, and would stay again!
