Relájese en una nueva casa con vista al mar 2011 con 4 dormitorios y 3 baños completos. Plano de planta invertido para maximizar las vistas al mar.

Hay 2 cubiertas cubiertas de gran tamaño con muchos muebles cómodos para relajarse y disfrutar de la espectacular vista al mar.

La cocina gourmet de gran tamaño con encimeras de granito e isla es un lugar perfecto para disfrutar de esa bebida de la hora feliz. La cocina está equipada con nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y todas las comodidades del hogar.

Cada habitación tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 'montado en la pared con HD. La gran sala tiene un techo abovedado de 12 pies con un televisor de alta definición de 42 'con sonido envolvente completo, reproductor de discos de rayos azules y altavoces de cubierta exterior.

Ducha exterior fría y caliente para lavar la arena. A poca distancia de fácil acceso a la playa al otro lado de la calle.

Dormitorio principal con cama king y baño principal completo. Las habitaciones segunda y tercera comparten un baño de amigos y tienen 1 cama king y 1 cama queen respetuosamente. The house was great. It was only a block from the beach - about a one minute walk. View from the top porch of the ocean was great too. House was very clean and updated. Mike is super responsive to any issues. We had one minor issue come up (breaker tripped on bedroom power) and Mike responded immediately.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. Great location. Not too far a walk to the beach. House has a decent view of the ocean from the top balcony. Would love to come back again in the future.

Beach week

Very nice property. Great location with an easy walk to the beach. Enjoyed sitting outside on top deck in the captain chairs. Host was very good to work with resolving a couple minor issues out of his control. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second year staying here and and have already reserved for next year! The house is clean, well furnished, and in a perfect location. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook and eat meals. We feel comfortable and at home!

Great house for our family vacation

This is a great house. Close, easy walk to the beach. We loved the large common area - living, dining and kitchen - which gave enough room for everyone without feeling crowded. The view of beautiful from the top level porch. The porch was great for our 3 grandkids and our pup because they could go out in the porch and play and we didn't have to worry about them because it is only accessible from inside.The walk-in showers were great, esp. for our elderly parents.Even though the description states that basic soaps are protected, be sure to take your own soap and shampoo as there was only one tiny one-time use bottle of shampoo and conditioner each and one small bar of soap (like in a hotel) per bathroom so enough for one person for one shower. Overall, it's one of our favorites so far in our few years of these family vacations. We all agreed this one is one we want to come back to. For any questions and issues, the host was very quick to reply and helpful on any way possible.

Beach Houses

We were in town for our son’s wedding, and had several family members stay with us. The house had plenty of space for all of us and was well stocked with everything we could have needed. The short walk to the beach was also ideal. We would definitely stay again.

The location of this property was great close to beach access but street wasn’t busy. Stairs will give you a leg workout but still a great property. View is excellent

Beach getaway

Very good experience. Location perfect; just 1 block from a beautiful beach; house in very good condition and well stocked with kitchen supplies. Beach chairs, umbrella, children toys getting a bit rusty. Biggest complaint would be the beds, a bit soft and lumpy.

Great time

We had a great time! Hurricane Debby was a bit of a bummer but the house had everything we needed and Mike was extremely responsive to any/all questions. The house is very close to the beach. There’s plenty of parking and it’s very easy to get in/out when you want to do things outside of the house.

Great Beach House!

Beach house was wonderful. The bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our family. Walk to the beach was quick and easy! The upper porch was our hangout space looking out over the ocean even from the third row! Don’t hesitate on renting this home for your next vacation.

Lovely week

We had beautiful weather and an overall wonderful week in OKI. The home was nice, especially the top porch. Lower porch had wasps that we had to spray after a family member was stung. A water spigot outside other than in the shower is much needed. The upper master was converted to a room with two beds which eliminated use of the closet. We would stay here again.

The house was bright,clean, comfortable and absolutely perfect for us! It only took us until we were unpacked to all agree that we wanted to stay here next year! Appliances were clean, cookware was like new. Everything was stored in the kitchen in nice order easy to access

Great family vacation

We loved the house! It was well stocked and clean. The porch was our favorite spot with the view, breeze and shade! The beach was a 5 minute walk with plenty of chairs available from the owner. We had great food at Island Way, The Barbeque House and Provisions is a must! Publix was close. You can’t miss a wonderful experience.!

Thanksgiving 2023 was a Success at Breezy Wheezy

The cleanliness, open spaces, upgraded plumbing and appliances all make this stay one that was truly enjoyable. Having stayed in other house of similar design with disappointing interiors and descriptions that did NOT match the reality of the home, we found this house to be exactly what we paid for. The home was clean when we arrived and checkin was clear and successful as was our checkout. The rooms were just as described and the updated bathrooms made for a wonderful experience. Location from the beach was very doable and the views even back where we were (only 1 1/2 blocks away) were divine. While we did not use the TVs in the bedrooms much, having them there for our adult children was GREAT! We did not use the cots but we did find the toppers to be helpful with some very hard mattresses in the bedrooms. But that did not stop us from really enjoying this wonderful open, clean, and modern home. I would recommend the drapes be screwed into studs on the walls as we noticed some were dragging from being pulled so hard over time. We would definitely stay at this clean and open home again!

Great location with views

House is one block from beach access and you can see the ocean from the top level deck. There are no bathrooms anywhere on beach so close access to the house was great. We saw dolphins everyday from our deck. It’s not on the main road, so it was quiet. Kitchen had everything we needed. Only negative was the mattresses are showing age. Overall, it worked wonderfully for our crew.

Great stay

Great location, excellent house. They had everything we needed from the fully stocked kitchen to beach toys/chairs. Everything was very clean and we loved the ocean view from the balcony! The host was very accommodating with our requests and we would definitely stay again!

Loved the Ocean View

We loved sitting on the top porch and looking at the ocean and cooking in the spacious kitchen with an ocean view as well. It was a very short walk to the beach which was great with 3 little kids. There were beach chairs and lots of toys for the grandkids.

I am a Physical Education Teacher in Connecticut and my wife is an IT manager. We have 2 boys ages 21and 24. We love to travel as a family and enjoy the ocean. I enjoy skiing, golf, and basketball. My wife enjoys skiing, the beach, traveling, golf, and shopping, not necessarily in that order. Both boys snowboard, golf, skateboard, and play basketball, and baseball.

We have been vacationing in the area for over 20 years, and always wanted to have our own place. We just decided to go for it!

We simply love the easy access to the beach and the wonderful views from just about every room in the house. Oak Island is a family beach and very quiet. However, if we want to take a short trip into Wilmington, or the Myrtle Beach area it is easy drive up or down Rt. 17. Oak Island has a wonderful town park with water splash pad, tennis, basketball courts as well as fields for playing ball and a skatepark for the kids.
