No Aloha! Would not stay here again.Pros: Nicely furnishedNice pool/hot tub & landscapingConvenient - beach, shopping, diningPool/beach supplies providedComfy bedA/CGood WiFiOcean ViewCons:Sleeper sofa was BROKEN upon arrivalNOISY A/C in bedroomA/C in living room can't be left on overnight due to the max 6-hour timerHot water runs out quicklyKitchen amenities lacking (no paper towel holder, no dish drying rack, no plastic cups for outdoor usage, blender is very old and barely usable, no ziplocks or foil)We had a major disruption to our stay. The property manager was responsive, and eventually remedied the issue, but they NEVER apologized. They offered us NOTHING to make up for the stress and inconvenience we experienced. Let me explain.The sleeper sofa was BROKEN when we arrived so we contacted the property manager right away, leaving a message on their after hours line. They responded quickly but said they wouldn't be able to help us that evening because it was after hours. So my daughter had to sleep on the couch that night.They brought an airbed the next day, but never apologized for the inconvenience. No apology, no courtesy, no aloha.Finally on day 4 of our stay they had a new sleeper sofa delivered. We had to move all of our belongings in the living room area to clear the way for the furniture delivery crew.We requested a partial refund for the inconvenience, but they refused. I would not stay here again due to their lack of courtesy.
