Wonderful house with lots of character! Each room has been carefully designed and decorated. Nice quiet neighborhood and the owner is great. Will definitely stay here again!

Girls weekend

We had a great time! The house is adorable and all the details (like each room has a store behind it's decor) were a great touch! The house was very clean and had plenty of room for us to relax and hang out. The neighborhood is adorable and within walking distance to a trail, restaurants, shops and coffee! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Nice and Relaxing

This place is nice and relaxing. We stayed there for my daughter's graduation. It was a great place for people to stop and say congrats, and go. The streets aren't busy, and the neighbors were nice. If we have to do something in Wichita. We will stay at this place again.

Christmas Stay

There were 7 of us and the home easily accommodated our number. The furnishings for Christmas were beautiful and comfortable and we loved the location.

Charming Cottage!

We loved staying here - such a cozy and charming cottage with all the appointments necessary. Definite old world charm. The backyard is wonderful and the sunroom off the master was a big hit! The neighborhood was very quiet and the host very accommodating. We would definitely book this again on another trip to Wichita.

Together again

This was our second stay at Sleepy Hollow, and quite enjoyable to see the property in both the summer and winter seasons. Beautiful mature trees and blooming perennials add to its outside charm, plus an outdoor fire ring, solar-powered chandeliers and if you’re lucky, fire flies.

Inspirational

Our extended family came together for State track and State soccer events and this was a perfect home to accommodate all. So well appointed, clean, and peaceful. We especially enjoyed the gardens and swing sunroom and being able to have home cooked meals.

Cozy, clean, and impecable attention to detail in this home!

Love every inch of the home - so much love has been poured into caring for this place and the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful with fall colors. Naps on the daybed, fireplace chats, and magical wizard loft were all highlights. Loved this weekend experience!

Most Precious Place!

We stayed at the Sleepy Hollow Chateau as a family and absolutely LOVED it. The house is SO much fun!! The upstairs is AMAZING!! It’s the perfect place to stay as a family or group. We had 8 people and we were so comfortable. It made an emotional trip for our grandmothers funeral a million times better. The backyard is also giant! The pictures don’t do it justice. Would absolutely stay again.

This place was beyond perfect for what we needed. A family member was having major surgery and the house was so close to the hospital. Every detail has been thought out to make this home comfortable for the entire family. Thank you so much!

Clean and Beautiful house inside and out.

A very clutter free clean house with a beautiful back yard for outdoor activities located in a quiet neighborhood. This house was at a central location for our adult children to visit during our stay. Easy instructions to the property the day of reservation. Easy check out ; start laundry and dish washer. We loved our 6 day stay and do recommend this VRBO. We love Harry Potter so the second floor was AWESOME for us. However we searched for a place with 4 bedrooms with king or queen beds. Two bedrooms that were listed as queen beds had smaller sizes and made sleeping arrangements difficult. If I had had the accurate bed size it would have changed my booking. Their were fewer amenities; for 6 days reservation; 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no dish soap, 3 dishwasher pods, 2 kitchen garbage bags and half a roll of paper towels. I would recommend they mention in their listing for guests to bring their own paper toiletries and cleaning soaps so guests can arrive prepared and not have to go shopping for essentials.

This is one of THE most iconic homes in Wichita. Built in 1930, the original owners spared to expense. Neighborhood lore tells us that the house was originally built underneath a circus tent so that the completed project would only be revealed when fully constructed.

Loads of Character to experience throughout the home--original hardwood floors, light fixtures, windows.....so much to appreciate! Unique touches throughout the home you will discover in every corner of the home.

And do you love Harry Potter? Do we have a treat for you! This upper floor has been completely remodeled in Harry Potter decor!!!!
