Looking for a fun and cozy place in Southeast Wichita? Look no further than the Retro Retreat. This 2 bed, 1 bath home is situated in a quiet southeast neighborhood, just minutes from McConnell Air Force Base, Cessna Aircraft, BeechCraft, and Boeing. The neighborhood boasts a park and disc golf course.
The unit itself has a cozy living space with comfy furniture, large TVS, and retro decor. This unit has everything you need for short or long stays!

The Retro Retreat is set in a small, quiet working class neighborhood in southeast Wichita. The unit is within walking distance of a small park and disc golf course.
It is very close to McConnell Air Force Base and multiple aircraft plants.
Guests have full access to the space.
This cute ranch style home is situated on a large corner lot and has cute retro decor. Walk into the stylish living room with retro decor, 55" Smart TV and cozy furniture.
The dining room has a unique and funky chandelier and authentic retro dining table that seats up to 6 people.
The kitchen is complete with fully functional and authentic retro appliances, small appliances (microwave, blender, coffee maker, mixer), plenty of dinnerware, silverware, and cookware. The brand new HE front load washer and dryer are conveniently located in the kitchen.
The bathroom, with cedar paneling, is very stylish and functional with a lighted mirror, tub/ shower combo, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, lotion, cotton balls and Q-tips.
Both bedrooms boast a Smart TVs(with access to Fubo TV, Netflix, Hulu +, Disney +, ESPN +, and Peacock) and comfortable King hybrid beds.
The house also has a cute covered front porch and large back yard.
The neighborhood is very convenient to McConnell Air Force Base, several air craft plants (including Boeing, Cessna and Beechcraft). It's just minutes from Towne East Mall, Bradley Fair, and all of the best shopping and restaurants that east Wichita has to offer. It's just minutes from Derby as well.
This is an older home with some original style and decor. The floors may creek as the home is older.
The appliances are authentically retro but fully functional.
The house is located in a blue collar multicultural neighborhood in southeast Wichita.
