Perfect Spot

We enjoyed our stay here very much, conveniently located near food/shopping/nightlife that is a walkable distance and the host has great communication and was able to provide early check in. Would stay here again!

Overall, great.. wished the shower water pressure was higher but believe it may be a city issue. Great location and amenities that met all our needs. Comms were good as well.

Great stay in Pacific Beach

We had a great time. The house was clean, well-located, and check-in/check-out was easy. The pictures were accurate and the host was easy to communicate with. We would stay again!

AMAZING! Great location

We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was AMAZING! The property is absolutely adorable and just a short walk to the beach and the bars! The hosts answered all of my questions promptly it was a great time! Would stay again :)

Everything was Perfect. Be prepared to pay for parking.

This property is super nice, clean, and conveniently located to so many attractions. You must be prepared for beach town vibes ( which we love). The property is located right next to the cutest barbershop, and nestled among an eclectic mix of businesses. The only downside was parking. Be prepared to pay for the public parking lot. That said, we had a wonderful stay and the owner was very communicative and friendly.

Visiting San Diego

Wonderful location close to beach and restaurants. Clean spacious house with great private sunny outdoor space for gatherings, bbq, sunbathing or just watching the sunset. I would book it again!

Great place but parking is a pain.

Property was clean and comfortable. Host responded quickly and was helpful. Location was great, walking distance to beach and great restaurants. My only complaint was that the park and pay lot was 50 and street parking was hard to find on weekends. If you don’t have a car, it’s perfect.

Great place in Pacific Beach!

This property was perfect for the four of us. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The decor was stylish and we loved the outdoor area. We will definitely want to rebook here in the future.

Fabulous little place

A gorgeous property! located within a few walking blocks to the beach and food shops. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry. A little front area to sit in the sun. Easy arrival and departure. Would stay again.

Great Quiet Spot Near EVERYTHING in Pacific Beach

Great, quiet spot in Pacific Beach. Within walking distance to all of the hot spots and the beach. Clean, spacious two bedroom with full-kitchen, W/D and fenced front patio for privacy. Elizabeth was a great host, very communicative and quickly sent a lost item when we returned to CO. Would definitely stay again!

Great place

This house was clean and well located, a few minutes walk from the beach. We really enjoyed the patio.The parking was hard to find in this area and we would like more equipment in the kitchen like a regular coffee machine instead of a Keurig.

Location! Location! Location

CUTEST cottage ever. Super clean and comfortable. Shannon is a great host and her communication was always immediate. The best part is the location!!! Sits on a quiet side street, and you literally walk 2 blocks to the beach and a happening day/nightlife.

Good clean property

We are a family of 6 and it fit us well. It was a good location. The kitchen could have used a few more essentials like mixing bowls and cookie sheets. The patio and grill were a major bonus for us.

This house was absolutely perfect!! We were vacationing for 5 days and could not have been more pleased with our stay! The house was clean and comfortable and bigger than we expected! The location was perfect - - just a very short walk to the beach and close to everything! We loved being able to have our morning coffee in the front courtyard area then walk not even 5 minutes to the beach. There is so much to do and explore in the neighborhood and it's convenient to get to other hot spots around SD. The communication and checkin/out was great!Parking may seem difficult at first glance, but we never had a problem finding street parking.Our only 'gripes' (certainly not complaints ) were the shower water pressure is a little low (but we realize that is very common in beach houses) and the TV does not swivel to angle towards the couch. Absolutely no problem, as we didn't spend much time watching TV and the shower was still hot and spacious! We would 1000% rent here again and will be suggesting it to all of our friends who are visiting San Diego! Thank you so much to Shannon and Eli for allowing us to enjoy our time in your home!!!
