We do have bear activity in the community and at the Villa. Do not leave food, trash, or anything else a bear might think is food outside. Keep vehicle doors locked while parked and keep all windows closed. NEVER feed the bears or try to pet them.

• During your stay, you will receive a one-time bed and bath linen setup as well as the start-up amenities listed below. These start-up amenities will not be replenished during your stay.
• Start-up amenities: toilet paper, paper towels, dish-washing liquid, dish soap, laundry detergent, and a kitchen sponge. Hand and body soap for the first day is provided.

Transportation
• The cabin is located in the Great Smoky Mountains.
• As you exit the parkway in Gatlinburg and drive to the cabin you will be on some winding, narrow at times, steep roads.
• 4WD is recommended for all times, but especially in the case of inclement weather.

• Must be 25 to rent
• Reservation requests and alterations will not be approved within five days of your arrival
• We recommend travel insurance for all stays

Cameras / Recording Devices
• There is a ring camera on the main door.
• It monitors the entry way.
• It does not have any visibility inside the cabin.
• Disabling, covering, or tampering with the camera will incur a $200 fine and removal from the cabin.
