A wonderful stay awaits you at Bear Cub View! This 3 level cabin is perfect for your family trip or a couple's getaway (sleeps up to 10). Experience a true mountain cabin only 1.7 miles from the parkway... halfway between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! Peaceful, beautiful views bring everyone together with our huge outdoor deck space featuring outdoor dining, hot tub, couch, and relaxing rocking chairs. Enjoy our new picnic-style charcoal grill!

❇️ 3 bedrooms - each with a TV. One bedroom is a loft bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Main floor bedroom located next to full bathroom. Lower level bedroom located next to full bathroom (lower level has a separate entrance)
❇️ All bedrooms have queen beds and two sleeper sofas also available
❇️ 3 bathrooms. All have shower access and two have bathtubs (perfect for those with young children)
❇️ Fully-equipped kitchen for all of your cooking/baking needs

❇️ Game Room (lower level) with ping pong table, arcade, kitchenette, television, and sleeper sofa.

Awesome weekend at Bear Club View

Katy‘s cabin is truly amazing! It was clean and the cabin is really cozy and it has everything you need! You can enjoy the view from the porch or the hot tub. Katy is always available when you need anything. We reached out to her due to very bad weather conditions and she responded just within a few minutes. Would definitely book again!

The Bear Cub View cabin was everything our family and friends expected. All of us had an amazing time! The guidebook was very helpful in preparing for our stay, Katy was very responsive in any questions & we look forward to returning!

Best cabin I have ever stayed at!

Cabin was exactly like the pictures. With beautiful views of the mountains. Was very spacious with enough room for large families or groups having a bathroom for each bedroom was very nice too. The host Katy was excellent and easy to work with and get a hold during our entire stay. She also checked in on us to make sure we were having an excellent stay! I definitely would recommend bear cub view!

Relaxing Retreat!!

This home was nearly perfect for the relaxing retreat we were looking for. Excellent location with easy access to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg! Beautiful views! The three bedrooms are on three different levels, with the top one being a loft, and sound travels throughout the house. FYI for light sleepers. The downstairs game room & third bedroom has to be accessed from outside the main house. We did enjoy the ping pong table and arcade game. Wish they had some additional board games as well. Also, we did not realize the hot tub was only a three seater, we had seven people, so that was a little unfortunate because we did not get to enjoy it as often as we would have. Was disappointed the grill was a basic charcoal only grill and located out by the road…would have preferred to be able to entertain on the deck while grilling. Overall though we had the very best time, and spent the majority of our time at the beautiful and scenic cabin!

Nice place and location

Nice place and location- there was a hiccup in us getting into the property at 4 because a bear got into the car of the housecleaning staff and they had to call police (yes you read that right - it all worked out as the bear finally left on its own but good reminder to lock your doors). I sent 2 emails to the property manager (about broken video game console and minor stuff like no soap and paper towels and dirty tub which maybe was because of bear distraction) and didn’t get a direct response back beyond 2 generic messages for welcome and check-out. The downstairs game room and bedroom is a totally separate area you have to access by outside steps only (which we had older kids so that was fine). Overall, our family had an awesome time and this was great for our group.

Overall, it was fine.

Pros: Communication with Katy was easy & she was very kind. Check-in & out process was easy. There is plenty of room for a large family. The location is situated nearby to plenty of activities. Cons: The downstairs fridge was not working. Katy said it had been giving them fits, & she did send someone out to repair it ASAP, but the repair person looked at the wrong fridge. We had to flip-flop where all of our family was staying due to the need for fridge access. However, Katy did rectify this for us by comping us a meal. There is a warning about the smell of the hot tub due to well water, but for us it was too much to bear and I'm not sure it had been cleaned prior to our arrival (there were leaves and pine needles in the water). There are a lot of switches for lights/fans, but we had trouble connecting/separating them. Our biggest complaint was the cleanliness, or lack thereof. After my son's bath, we allowed him to walk barefoot inside & after one hour, his feet were solid black. There was trash left in and around the premises from the previous guests. Surfaces had not been wiped down. I'm hoping it was a fluke due to the holidays. General Information: If you're not used to it, getting to the location is VERY scary & can prove challenging. I drive a large SUV & had difficulty getting up some of the steeper parts; my wheels would spin & roads are very narrow. We arrived when it was already dark outside & there were no lights on nor nearby, so bring a flashlight.
