El Oceanaire es una acogedora villa, perfecta para la familia que quiere la playa a su alcance!

La primera planta cuenta con un plan de piso abierto con un gran salón y comedor con vistas a la vegetación exuberante y la comunidad de la piscina. La gran pantalla plana en la sala de estar tiene acceso a Netflix y otros servicios de streaming (se requiere una cuenta). ventanas de piso a techo y puertas abiertas a la terraza con vistas al mar sensacionales. La cocina cuenta con un gran recorte de mira en el comedor y estar, así como una barra de desayuno. El primer piso también cuenta con un dormitorio doble y un cuarto de baño.

El segundo piso cuenta con dos dormitorios, entre ellos el maestro! El primer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y baño en suite. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y baño privado con ducha a ras de suelo de baldosas. Las dos habitaciones tienen pantallas planas.

Como huésped en Mariners Walk, usted es un corto paseo a pie o en bicicleta desde todas las comodidades de dunas salvajes, incluyendo los restaurantes y tiendas de la Gran Pabellón, golf de clase mundial y tenis, así como la fauna que incluye delfines, tortugas marinas, y el cocodrilo de vez en cuando!

Condo was nice and very clean. I wish we would have had more of an ocean view. The view from the master suite upstairs was beautiful!

Our family (2 grandparent 2 parents & 2 children ages 4 & 1) stayed in this unit. Space was great and washer & dryer a godsend with little ones! Close to pool & beach!

Insanely Great Location

We loved our stay. The location can't be beat. Steps from the pool and beach, beautiful view of the ocean, and mostly quiet neighborhood. The property managers were super helpful and quick to fix a couple of super-minor issues. Highly recommend.

This place was plenty big for seven guests. We did have a baby who used a pack and play and a teen who slept on the pull out. The proximity to the beach was amazing, we didn't really have a "beach view" if you will, but we could get there easy enough. The pool was quaint, but the kids had fun. The kiddie pool was slightly cloudy so we stayed out of that. Overall the stay and building itself were fine. However, there was construction every day. Except the last. We have a seven month old baby, and naps during the day were impossible. We could hear the construction on the units right next to us and ynder us, on what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. We also had two maintenance people show up, one of them just walked in because they had a key code and our daughter was inside alone. When we reached out to the host, we were simply told they didn't know about construction, and the maintenance people showed up on the wrong day. The area is lovely, and we plan on returning, but we will likely look elsewhere to rent from in the future.

Enjoyed 2 great days on the beach! Lovely complex. Internet was spotty at condo so recommend researching restaurants before going so you can make reservations more easily.

Will Be Back!

The condo was perfect for our family! We loved the balcony and the pool, parking was a breeze, and the beach was wonderful. We rented a wagon, chairs, and umbrella through the recommended company and that was excellent, as well. Rooms are a good size and kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and other needed items.

Great location and space!

The condo is located close to the pool and beach access, yet it's not noisy. The condo is spacious and quiet for a larger group. Everything is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cooking items. Some beach equipment was available too. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was clean but very dated. Cleanliness is extremely important to me, the upstairs has carpet (which I don’t like) that has stains. The hot water heater could not accommodate multiple showers at once. Their are definitely better properties for the price.

Easy access to beach on boardwalk. Pool outside balcony-clean with a kiddie pool. Master and ancillary bedroom with double beds and two bathrooms upstairs. Queen bedroom and third bath on main. Balcony off living room with clear ocean breezes and views.Fully equipped kitchen for light cooking. A little dated but complex is tidy as is the townhome itself. Comfortable living room furniture to seat 4 adults and 2 kids. Large table for family meals. I recommend a d would stay here again!

A relaxing week with friends at a great condo

My friends and I really liked staying at this condo. It was clean, well-stocked with supplies, and spacious. It is conveniently located with a great view of the beach and the pool. The neighborhood of Wild Dunes is quiet, peaceful, and has wide, well-maintained walking and bike paths. It's certainly quieter and has less traffic than the main road of Isle of Palms! Our minor suggestions: (a) the Roku needs an update of some sort as we were unable to access our current accounts on Netflix and Hulu; (b) extra pillowcases would be welcome for the extra pillows in the condo; and (c) the fan in the upstairs master bathroom may need to be replaced as it's rather loud at times. Thanks again- we hope to return soon!

Great Location However

I had 3 major problems. 1. Upon arrival it took us about 30 mins of driving around to find it. Please include a batter map and explain that there are several neighborhoods in the wild dunes property. 2. Include a map of resort and amenities. restaurants, shops, dinning, in Wild Dunes. 3. We arrived late and my parents were joining us, we asked the security gate to hold their pass and they were rude and unhelpful. It was past 10 o'clock and very frustrating. Also on Saturday we had family members that lived locally coming to spend the afternoon with us, and getting them in the gate was an act of congress. Super frustrating.

Overall we loved the location and stay. Being close to the beach and having pool access while staying with little kids was a huge priority for us. The property itself does need some updating for the carpets and the bathrooms, but overall the property location was great!

Nice stay at Mariners Walk

The unit was clean and spacious with a great view of the pool and the ocean. It has a nice deck with a table and lounges. The pool is great and good for doing laps.
