Beautiful Cottage Walkable to Falls Park on the Reedy & Downtown

Welcome to our home away from home! You'll be close to Greenville's most beautiful attractions, many within walking distance or an even shorter drive away. It's a 15–20-minute walk to much of Downtown and Falls Park on the Reedy and Cancer Survivor's Park are only an 8-10 minute walk away! Alternatively, you can easily have a quiet night in! You can take some time to lounge on our daybed swing, enjoy a cozy fire in our peaceful backyard fire pit, or relax in our hot tub.

Malinda was an exceptional host! The cottage was clean and welcoming- even had a Christmas tree to welcome us.It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Greenville. Her expectations were detailed and clear, and she was readily accessable by phone or email if needed.

Very clean and cozy cottage. Stocked up on all essential items and more! Spacious and comfortable bathrooms. Very nice front porch with a swing. Quiet neighborhood, not too far from downtown.

Lovely place. Seems like everything is newly upgraded and it had everything we needed. Location is great for getting to the West end and Reedy Falls Park although we didn’t end up walking due to cold rainy weather for much of the stay. Host was in touch and helpful. Highly recommend- we will stay again when we return to Greenville.

The perfect property and so close to downtown Greenville and all the great dining and shopping.This home is complete perfection. So well appointed and the owners thought of everything you might need.The furniture was in excellent condition and so cozy. Everything was in perfect working order, maintained to the highest standard. There are games and books and plenty of space to spend time. The outdoor area was well maintained and perfect for enjoying friends or family.I can’t give this one a higher rating or I would!

The home was very clean and beautifully remodeled. A couple friends and I rented it for two nights to celebrate two birthdays. One of the people in our group had bad knees so we didn’t walk to town so I can’t speak for how easy it would’ve been to get there. I will say half of the road the house is on is blocked off due to construction and there was a lot of road work nearby. We drove into the downtown area each day and we easily found parking (free/paid). The street was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. If you book a stay here, look up Mice on Main - little bronze mice statues are hidden up and down N Main St which were fun that find.

Communication with host was fantastic. Location in Greenville was great. Walkable to Falls Park and into downtown. 3 minute Uber ride if going out at night! House was clean and comfortable. Great girls getaway. Would definitely stay again!

We only had two nights and wish it were longer stay. We stay in vrbo rentals all the time and I must say……this was the best. Cleanest one hands down and so charming. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening and loved sitting on porch on swinging day bed in morning with coffee. We weren’t there long and never cooked, but kitchen looked well stocked. It also within walking distance to downtown. Really can’t find any negatives…..great time and great place to stay. We said……could definitely stay for month or two. Thank you….Jacki

This is one of the BEST IN Greenville… Host was absolutely the best!! Nicest person ever! House is adorable… up to date and clean as a whistle! Too Hot this week to sit outside but adorable sitting area, a fire pit and a fabulous hot tub! Highly recommend! I promise we will be back!! FIVE STAR!!!

Beautiful home!

We loved our stay in Greenville! The home was just beautiful, and so comfortable and clean! Melinda was wonderful. She checked in with us beforehand and shared a wealth of information about the area, things to do and places to eat. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone planning to visit Greenville. Wonderful experience

We had a 3 night stay at this property & absolutely loved it! It has all the charm of an older home with all the amenities of a new one From the gorgeous hardwood floors & tall baseboards/crown moulding to the walk in showers with fabulous water pressure & the kitchen with everything you could possibly need (including a coffee bar)….it met all of our needs & exceeded our expectations. My favorite place to relax/unwind was the front porch bed swing…perfect for reading your favorite book or taking a nap. The home was absolutely spotless with beautiful decor & super soft bed linens Melinda was great to work with…answered questions & responded to emails promptly Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the hot tub this stay (weather related not due to unavailability), but fingers crossed, we’ll be back & use it on our return visit. Would 10/10 recommend a stay here!

Couldn't have been better!

My husband and I will be moving to Greenville in 2026 and we wanted a nice place to stay with a hot tub close to downtown. This beautiful, little cottage was the perfect choice. We have stayed at many VRBOs in other cities in South Carolina, Hawaii and Arkansas and this one is by far the most well-appointed home that we have stayed in. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, patio and firepit. The kitchen has everything you can possibly need. They provide numerous manners of brewing coffee and for a coffee lover like me, that was amazing. The home is tastefully decorated and very clean. The communication with Melinda was spot on and knowing that we plan to move to the area, she provided numerous recommendations and directions. We're not sure if we'll need a place to book again but if we do, your home will be first on our list. Well Done!

Perfect base of operations

In Greenville for our first time taking college tours over Spring Break and this was the perfect place for us to stay! Lots of things stand out but I’ll mention two - location and amenities. Location is superb - right on the edge of downtown (within walking/biking distance) but still removed and quiet. Amenities - I mean it when I say this house has everything. Anything needed was right there. I could tell that details were considered and met - right down to a fully charged Bluetooth speaker to connect to! All the other boxes were easily checked - super clean, safe, lots of space so we could spread out if needed, etc. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!

Lovely!

The home is gorgeous — adorably decorated, well-maintained and very well-appointed, stocked with many of the comforts of home. The hot tub was a nice bonus! We loved the location - a short walk to the Swamp Rabbit Trail and manageable walk to town for daytime adventures. The host was very communicative and provided great local recommendations. Highly recommend and would stay here again!
