Welcome to our newly remodeled 5 bedroom 3.5 bath private pool home. Located only minutes from Disney World, water parks, stores, restaurants and a public Golf course. The community has a playground, Tennis court, heated pool and dock access to a huge lake that is just steps away. The home comfortably sleeps 14 guest and is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, a Roku TV, in the main family room, a dedicated work area, game room, grill, ample indoor and outdoor seating making it perfect for your next vacation. Jet Ski rental available. Disclosures: Cameras on outside of property. Additional Grill & Pet Fee. Grill: 40.00$ Per stay; Pet Fee 150.00$ per pet.

It was very hot upstairs all day and night. Loved the layout and design and the kids loved the convenience of the swimming pool. We tightened up all the dining chairs because they were coming loose. Also the door knob upstairs first bedroom to the right was almost off Changed the a/c filter because it was totally clogged up and also hooked the dryer vent hose had come off and we hooked it back up So everything is now fixed except for the a/c upstairs for you

Location was ok for Universal, but would be good for Disney. House was comfortable, but upstairs was warm despite adjusting the thermostat. Had the basics, but a little minimalist, example, only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The pool was refreshing after hot days at the amusement parks.

Great experience

Host was extremely communicative, check in and out was a breeze, the property itself is a 20 minute drive to Disney, extremely spacious, and the pool was a hit with the kids. Will consider this place again.

Nice house

On the positive side, the house was large enough for my entire family. The pool was nice and the shaded area next to it was a plus. There was also a larger community pool that we used a couple times. I never saw anyone else use it. Great location with easy access to theme parks ,shopping and restaurants. We also made a couple day trips to the gulf side beaches and Atlantic side beaches. On the negative side, the ac seemed to have a hard time keeping up. We bought fans for the bedrooms and that helped. There was very little tp, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap to get us started. We also saw a couple dead roaches and a live one. Overall we had a nice stay and would consider staying here again.

Not bad

Place was ok... It needs a freshening up and there were a few things that needed attention suck at broken furniture, pool screens, ect but overall a decent experience. also.... Not sure y but the place looks bigger in the listing pictures for sure

This house was entirely too hot. We had to buy fans for each room. If you are traveling with a large group, (we had a family of 12) pay close attention to the 1 tv that may be listed within the description. The game room could not be used because it was like 100 degrees in there. That is also where the second TV is. The house is on a narrow street with cars along it. Its very tight. All of the homes look small and not indicative of a Florida VRBO home. Check out the street view before booking.The Host was very communicative, but the house was not standard to what we were accustomed to. I would never stay at this location again. It did not serve my family well.

Good place to stay

We had a pleasant stay. The pool and its privacy is the highlight. The house was clean and neat. The beds were comfortable. The appliances were up to date. We had one mixup initially on the pool heat (you need to request and pay extra for) but was quickly corrected by the owner with good response.

Group trip

This rental accommodated all our needs and was very cozy, location was super convenient making it easier to get around. Communication with the host was excellent and look forward booking with them again

good location

Good location 20 from disney parks. Great space all the family was confortable in there own bedrooms. The beds very confortable. The pool need to be heat when is a cool weather and it has an extra fee.

Great location to parks

This home was the perfect space for our family. Communication with the owner was great prior to our trip and after our trip. We had no issues that we needed to reach out to him during. The back of the home has plenty of privacy to enjoy family time in the pool. The home is just a short walk from the lake and playground. We would absolutely stay again!

Great communication

My family and I had a great experience staying at John’s place. The place felt like home away from home. He responded quickly with a sense of urgency when I had few questions including some troubleshooting concerns we had. He went above and beyond to make sure that my family and I are well accommodated during our stay. I highly recommend it and will stay at his place again.
