First Impressions
As you step into this brand-new, 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhome, you're greeted by a welcoming foyer that leads to a tastefully decorated queen bedroom. A well-appointed bathroom is conveniently located just outside this room, offering privacy and comfort right from the moment you arrive.

The Heart of the Home
Walk further in, and you'll find yourself in a stunning open-concept living area. The kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The center island isn't just functional; it's also a stylish gathering spot. Overlooking the kitchen is the living and dining area, featuring plush sectional seating and a large-screen smart TV. The adjacent dining area is perfect for family meals or romantic dinners. All of this is framed by large patio doors that offer a glimpse of the covered lanai and inviting pool area—your private oasis for soaking up the Florida sun.

Upstairs: Where Fun Meets Comfort
The second floor is an entertainment paradise. A lounge area with a queen sofa sleeper is the perfect spot for casual hangouts. It features two TVs and an arcade game that promises hours of fun for everyone. A full-size washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Here, you'll find four more bedrooms to accommodate every guest's needs. The king-bedroom suite is the epitome of luxury, complete with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower. Younger guests will adore the Avengers-themed room, featuring two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds and its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms—one with a princess theme and twin beds, and another with an Avatar theme and a full bed—share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
