The main level welcomes you with a spacious living room, a 10-person dining room table, and a well-appointed kitchen featuring high-end Miele appliances and custom lighting. The family room offers ample seating, natural daylight, and entertainment options, including a modern fireplace and a large TV. There is a bar with a coffee station where we have a Nespresso machine and French press. Also, a beverage fridge great for adult beverages. Plenty of glassware, bottle openers, wine openers, koozies, straws, and all the extras you’ll need for a good beverage. Custom LED lighting hits perfect at night!

Venture upstairs to discover the bedroom level, where you'll find a primary bedroom retreat with a king bed, remote blinds, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with skylights, double vanity, and a custom-designed shower with temperature-controlled jets-- there are 10 jets in this shower! The secondary bedrooms are tastefully furnished and equipped with TVs and remote blinds. A shared bathroom with a large soaking tub ensures ultimate relaxation.

The loft area provides additional sleeping space with a king bed and Queen-size bunk beds-- offering comfortable accommodations for larger groups. Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire home and grounds to themselves at this 4-BR Arlington, Clarendon neighborhood luxury home. There is ample parking, 2 driveways with space for 6 cars. No parking on street outside of approved hours, please be mindful and check all the street signage.

The Neighborhood:
This walkable neighborhood features an eclectic mix of upscale businesses and mom-and-pop shops, bars, restaurants, office buildings, public art, considerable open space and tree-lined residential streets.

Clarendon is a compact, urban neighborhood that serves as one of the cultural hubs of Arlington VA. Thanks to its prime location on the Orange Line, Clarendon sees lots of traffic from local and national businesses; over the years, it has grown into a thriving center for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

The neighborhood is broadly defined by proximity to the Clarendon Metro Stop, which is one of the better-known metro stations in NoVA. Clarendon is laid out in triangular blocks — rather than the rectangular grid of many other cities — that center around two major thoroughfares. Wilson Boulevard runs westbound through the area, while Clarendon Boulevard brings commuters eastward.
