There is also a decibel monitoring device located inside and outside the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels only and allows us to respond to loud and sustained volumes that may cause a disturbance. It does NOT record conversation or audio, it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized events / parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience!
🤫 QUIET HOURS
10PM-8AM: You MUST keep noise to a minimum from 10pm to 8am every day of the week. Violation of this rule will result in a minimum fine of $500 and termination of the reservation with all remaining nights paid forfeited.
During quiet hours, the maximum allowable noise level is 60 dB outside and 75 dB inside.
At all hours, management reserves the right to determine whether guest activity is creating a disturbance to neighbors, tenants, or other guests. Sustained disturbances — whether or not they exceed numerical dB thresholds — shall constitute a violation of House Rules.
A reference for noise levels, measured in dB, is provided below for your awareness:
**50-60 dB - Normal conversation
