47 Kingston is easily the gem of the Shipyard Community. This newly renovated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home is located just a short walk to the beach and features all brand new pool and outdoor space new bathrooms, kitchen, furnishings and so much more! Located on the Shipyard Golf Course, this home has beautiful views of the natural low country landscape and golf course.
Get ready to enjoy the comforts of the open-concept living area. The main living space features a sectional sofa, club chairs and a wall-mounted Smart TV. Past the living area you'll find the custom kitchen with large island, stainless appliances, tiled back splash, new cabinetry and granite counters. There are two separate dining areas- one with seating for 6 and one with seating for 4. There is also additional seating for 5 at the kitchen bar. A powder room is located off the living area for added convenience.
The main bedroom is located to the right of the living area and features a king bed, Smart TV, views of the pool and golf course and a private bathroom. This meticulously designed bathroom features a large, tiled walk-in shower, dual vanity and a soaking tub, as well as a large walk-in closet.
Two of the 3 guest bedrooms are located to the left of the living area. The first features a king bed and a twin bed, Smart TV and access to a hall bathroom with his and hers sinks and a tiled tub/shower combination. The other bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom with a large, tiled walk-in shower.
Just beyond the kitchen is the 3rd guest room. This room features a queen bed and has access to a hall bathroom with shiplap walls, large vanity and an ornately tiled walk-in shower.
While the interior of the home is nothing short of luxurious, the exterior of the home offers guests a fantastic space for fun in the sun. Guests have access to the completely fenced in, newly constructed pool and jacuzzi area.* This oversized pool deck features multiple seating spaces, a grassy area, outdoor shower and a gas grill.
*Propane pool and spa heat can be added for an additional fee.
Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 2 Car Passes Max.
Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
