Welcome to our beautifully designed 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home in the heart of South Tampa, just minutes from top attractions, dining, and nightlife.
As you arrive, you'll have access to a private driveway with ample parking. Entry is seamless with a digital keypad—no physical key required.
Inside, you'll step into a spacious open floor plan, featuring a stylish living room with two cozy sofas, a 65” TV with streaming services, and a stunning custom accent wall that enhances the modern yet inviting ambiance.
The fully equipped stainless steel kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals, including a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a coffee station to start your mornings right. Adjacent to the kitchen, the second family room provides a relaxed lounge space with a sectional couch, bar seating, and another 65” TV, perfect for movie nights.
Through the French double doors, you’ll discover the ultimate backyard retreat—a covered patio with a TV, ample seating, a hammock, and a vibrant Tampa Bay-inspired mural painted by a local artist. Families will love the small playground with swings (weight limits apply), making this space perfect for kids and adults alike.
The home features four thoughtfully decorated bedrooms, including:
Master Bedroom with King-size bed with ensuite bathroom for ultimate privacy.
Three Additional Bedrooms, Each with a queen-size bed, offering comfort and style.
Stay connected with lightning-fast WiFi and enjoy various streaming services like Netflix during your stay.

You are able to use a private driveway for parking purposes. A Maximum of four cars are allowed in the property's designated driveway space.
This property contains an adjacent studio, currently used as other unit that is completely separated and private from the main house (feel free ask host further questions).

Please remember that we are a family that dedicates a lot of time to accommodate this space and maintain it under excellent standards for your comfort; Please treat the space with your utmost respect.
Please ensure to stay respectful of quiet times, being polite and kind to the neighbors and fellow guests.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large unauthorized gatherings. This is a no drugs, no smoking/vaping of any kind on premises.
