We offer Studio, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom vacation rentals, all having full kitchens, many amenities, and all overlook Mandalay Bay! Come make a splash in the sparkling pool and enjoy the stunning views! Dolphin and manatees often come by to say hi!

The property is approx. 23 miles from Tampa International Airport (TIA).

Guest access - Each rental has access to one parking spot. You will have full access to the property's pool. There is even an outdoor bbq area to enjoy.

There is no on-site manager. Assistance via phone and text available if needed.

Perfect location! View of bay with frequent dolphin sightings. Great spot for fishing with a Great Blue Heron named Fred who will be your best buddy… 5 min walk to beach! Many restaurants with ocean views within walking distance. 1 block away from 6 pickleball courts with lights that has open play in the mornings. Clearwater is great and will definitely return to this site.

Peaceful and quiet on the channel

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for our stay in Clearwater. Being on the channel was so calming and peaceful. We even saw some dolphins a couple times during our stay. The beach was only a 5 minute walk and it was perfect. The beach was a little away from the big crowds that you typically find at the Pier beach location. The pool on the property was always clean and it was nice to have the option if we didn’t want to go to the beach. The condo was within walking distance to the downtown. The Jolly Trolly also comes by often if you need a ride to the downtown. Ashlee was very helpful with answering any questions we had prior to our trip. If we are back to the area we will defiantly be staying here again.

Peace and serenity on the marina

Our family enjoyed a five-night stay in this clean, renovated condo. We loved the location because it is on the marina and in a peaceful setting. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and moonrises over the water. We spend a lot of time on the pier and especially enjoyed the marine life while relaxing on the lounge chairs. Upon entry into the unit, we were impressed as how clean it was. I would have preferred a microwave instead of the airfryer oven, but that was a matter of personal preference. Ashlee was such a gracious and responsive host. We had the pleasure of meeting her husband, Merrick, and his mother, Maria. They were very kind and welcoming.I hope that Ashlee will allow us the privilege of renting this unit again in the future.

Awesome Location!

The location of this condo is perfect! Sitting outside and enjoying the sun and the peacful Bay is so relaxing. Once we headed into town and picked up groceries (actually on our way to the condo) we never got back into our car until it was time to leave at week's end. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The beach is an easy 7-8 minute walk while many of the restaurants we enjoy are easily reached within 15 minutes. The pool is very enjoyable. Everything was clean and beautiful. The condo itself is small but since we didn't spend a lot of time inside (except to sleep) it was adequate for 4 adults. The unit had everything we needed except for a blender. We ended up picking up an inexpensive one at Walgreens. Also, the silverware lacked steak knives. If you are someone who can't live without a microwave you may consider bringing your own but we managed just fine. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit and we hope to make it back someday soon.
