¡Guauu! Disfrute de este condominio de diseño contemporáneo con todas las comodidades, incluida la vista a la playa. Este completamente renovado 1,225 pies cuadrados de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, una escapada de playa única. ¡Esta casa tiene que ver con los detalles! Azulejos de cerámica de gran tamaño en toda la casa garantiza la comodidad. El baño de visitas cuenta con un revestimiento de baldosas de cerámica con una nueva bañera, encimera de granito y fregadero bajo encimera.

También se incluye una lavadora y secadora grandes que hacen que la lavandería sea conveniente. Nuestro condominio cuenta con una cocina totalmente amueblada, ropa de cama de lujo, almohadas extra y toallas de lujo, toallas de playa, sillas de playa, juguetes de arena, flotadores, tablas de surf, sombrillas, refrigeradores y bolsas de playa.

¡Realmente no hay nada mejor que esto! Esta es una casa para no fumadores. ¡Camina afuera y estarás a solo minutos de todas las atracciones! Complejo seguro con entradas bloqueadas y múltiples cámaras de seguridad.

Enjoyed our stay. The condo was on the third floor next to a secure stairwell, a convenient garbage shoot, and still very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was a very nice condo and the owners were readily available for any questions. Also the elevator for this building is a nice size, works quick and smooth and smells nice. If you’ve stayed on the beach you this is an unusual trifecta.

I’ve stayed at Crimson many times but 1st time at this unit. We got in late, like midnight. Elevators were out so carrying the bags and groceries up the steps was challenging. Proved challenging again when we checked out. The unit itself was very nice and had everything we needed as far as kitchen utensils etc. Living room had comfortable furniture and great view off of the deck. Bathrooms were clean. Our only problem were the beds. The bed in the master appears to be king with a foam mattress topper on it. I love mattress toppers, I have one on my own bed BUT finding sheets to fit can be a challenge. The sheets on this bed did NOT fit the bed. Anytime you sat on the bed the sheets popped off. They had no elasticity and even if they did, they were not the right size for that bed. It was a struggle every night to sleep on the bed without the fitted sheet literally falling off the bed and then you are laying on the pad that did not appear to be clean nor comfortable. In the 2nd bedroom there were 2 beds. 1 appeared to be a full or queen and other was a twin. Same thing with the big bed in that room. It had foam mattress topper with sheets that did not fit it. It too would come completely off the bed in all corners so you’d be laying on the dirty stained pad. I even resorted to try and sleep on the twin bed, it had fitting sheets but when I pulled covers back there was a bug on the sheet At this point I was ready to just sleep on the couch. Owners were great, I doubt they know.

Family vacation

The condo was fabulous, clean, fully stocked with kitchen items, linens, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Great beach view from balcony. Walked out to beach every day. Restaurants and shopping across the street. We definitely want to return to this area and condo!

Peaceful paradise

This is a hidden gem! Location was great and convenient with most places within walking distances. Condo is well maintained and well stocked with anything you could possibly need for an enjoyable time at the beach. Although it is on the main thoroughfare we were surprised at how quiet the condo unit was. Pool and hot tub were out of commission following the series of hurricanes last fall but we go to the beach for the surf and sand not a pool so honestly did not detract for us. We are already planning our next trip as this condo checked all of our boxes/necessities!

Super Hosts, beautiful condo, decent property

Danette and Ed keep a beautiful, very well equipped condominium. We enjoyed our time there very much. They were very available, communicative, and helpful before and during our visit. Loved working with them!!The property was still coming back from the hurricanes of 2024 and much work was going on at the overall property and in reality in all of Madeira Beach. I'm sure these will be soon be complete.Overall, we were very, very satisfied with the rental and the experience!

Good location

The place is very nice and has all the amenities you could want for a beach rental. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the pool was destroyed from the Hurricane last fall. The owners did not inform us of this problem. We had a 6 year grandson with us and this was a very important factor in renting this place. They did inform us one week prior to our arrival which was too late to change our reservations. Being across the street from Johns Pass was really nice for activities and shopping and restaurants. The beach is lovely too. Overall it’s a great place—I’m aware you cannot control Hurricane destruction. Just would have liked to be told about it last fall.

Great Condo

Overall we loved our stay at this condo. The condo itself was wonderful. The home was clean and had everything we needed to be incredibly comfortable including very comfortable beds and all the kitchen supplies you could need. And the location was great because of how close it was to great restaurants and shops. Our only source of disappointment with the property itself was that the pool and hot tub have not been working since the hurricane last year. The neighboring pools were all open and functional, so having young children that love swimming in a pool made our stay somewhat less than what was expected

Again enjoyed our stay at Crimson on the Gulf. Location is terrific. Had great beach weather most days. Hope pool and hot tub are repaired soon, but it was great to have an elevator. Let’s hope hurricanes stay away.

Great condo

Second great stay!

This is our second summer staying at this property with our three kids. Location is excellent and condo has everything you can possibly need! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beachfront stay in Madeira.

Wonderful time at condo

Was very nice. Danette immediately had the TV and internet fixed in living room. That was the first time she was told about it. A few other problems needed fixed but we did not need those done during our week there. But I know Danette got those fixed right away after she was aware of them. Thank you Ed and Danette. Looking forward to coming again, if possible.

Wonderful

What an amazing condo! Myself and my 2 boys enjoyed so much! We have stayed in a different condo each year, but we have found the ONE! So many extras, the beach chairs and umbrella alone make it so simple. We fly in so having this convenience is perfect! I cannot say enough about your condo, thank you so much! We will be back!

Wonderful Location!

We really enjoyed our week at Crimson on the Gulf. The location is perfect to take advantage of local dining, bars, shopping, fishing, water sports, and beach time. The condo is quite comfortable for a small family (4-5) and has everything you’ll need. The condo pool is a bit “old Florida,” meaning it’s small. But with the beach so close it doesn’t matter. This condo is a great value given its location and rental price point. We would return for sure!

We took a chance on this property and luck was on our side. The hosts were incredible and the location was just perfect. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and steps to the beach. The condo is beyond complete with accessories. Can’t wait to return!!

The place was beautiful but......

Unfortunately, the pool heater did not work the whole two weeks we were there so nobody in the building used the pool and there was no "tourists by the pool" comradery which we always enjoy. The condo bldg was having the roof replaced most of the 2 wks we were there and since we were on the top floor we listened to hammering and drilling all during the day when we were in the condo. The roof was finally finished on the Thursday afternoon and we were leaving early Sat. morning. If we had been there 2 wks before or 2 wks after then I'm sure it all would have been lovely and perfect. I doubt anybody else will have to listen to the roof being replaced for another 10 yrs, I would think there are a lot of months during the year when you could replace that roof rather than choosing a month when the bldg is full of tourists.

Love this property. 3rd stay at this property. Perfect location with shops and restaurants just across the street and the beach out the back. Already booked this unit for next year and have no plans to try to stay elsewhere. Condo has a great host and communications are perfect and timely.

Great location

The property was on the gulf and near John’s Pass, perfect location for a variety of interests. Cold days gave us a chance to explore area and partake in healthy gaming competition with the supplied games. Kitchen is well stocked making it easy to prepare meals. Deck provided great views of the white sand beach. Pool and hot tub were great to have on cool days. Would recommend this condo and the areas options.

Relaxing Stay at the Perfect Location

We are Ed and Danette Patrick. We currently live in Granville, Ohio. We love our home that we built as it's in the middle of the woods with a lot of privacy. Our retirement dream is to live in the Caribbean on a beautiful island.

We have 3 sweet, mini goldendoodles. They are just the cutest, sweetest little things you will ever see. Had to get one of each color, brown, cream and black. We also have 3 cats, 1 indoor, 1 indoor/outdoor and 1 outdoor(with access to the basement). I never thought we would like to have an outdoor cat, but it is fun to be outside and they just wonder thru the woods with you.
