The Backyard Oasis is a bountiful home located on the edge of Arvada and Westminster, 20 minutes from Denver and 30 minutes from Boulder, we are focused on bringing together families through a quality space, a clean environment, and all that Arvada has to offer. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is more than enough room for everyone, brand new appliances, and every room was designed to make your stay as fun as it is comfortable. Fun, privacy, comfort, and space are what you will find here.

This home has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. There are a total of 3 Queen Beds and 4 twin beds
Bedroom 1 - The stylish master bedroom with a comfortable Queen size bed and ample closet space is upstairs.
Bedroom 2 – A large and beautiful bedroom offering a Queen bed and stylish design.
Bedroom 3 – Queen size bed featured in this upstairs bedroom conveniently located near the entrance.
Bedroom 4 – A comfortable room with a full size mirror and a double twin bed.
Bedroom 5 - Located next the game room and includes the office space with a double twin bed set.

You'll find three clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You'll find one walk-in shower, one bathtub/shower combo and a half bath. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The open-plan setting offers an unobstructed view out into both the living and dining areas.
The space is perfect for enjoying a meal with your group and guests all together comfortably hosting a large group to enjoy time together! The room flows effortlessly into the spacious lounge, which is complete with plenty of couches and large windows letting in a lot of light. Plenty of great hangout spots throughout the house as well including 3 living rooms, a game room, a bar nook, and the outdoor space. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party, or just want to take things easy, this open concept living room gives you all the space you need.

The house includes plenty of outdoor seating, a grill, a hammock, a volleyball net, a small pool, and best of all a large and amazing pool. Light up the BBQ and enjoy the famous CO weather all together! There is ample parking in the driveway, garage, and on the street for up to 3 vehicles.

Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.
I am here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. I’m happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.
This is a safe and well-kept quiet neighborhood located just off main access to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, and Denver Airport. There is a grocery store 3 min away and many restaurants in the surrounding area.

- We have a NO PARTY Policy along with quiet hour and noise rules that are essential to respecting our neighbors.
This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. Parties ad excessive noisy will be shut down, and possibly incur civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.
Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more!
Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step on to the back patio and enjoy.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans and or do the lawn + pool maintenance. They will NOT enter the home. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
✔️No smoking in or near the home. Smoking outside is ok but please keep a distance from the windows and doors.
✔️ Parties are not allowed. You are welcome to have a few guests over to visit but please let us know if you will be doing so.
✔️ Please remove your shoes by the front door
✔️Out of respect for our neighbors, please be mindful of quiet hours from 10pm-8am
✔️We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules. There is a late checkout fee of $125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests.
✔️Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
✔️Please ensure you don't leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.
✔️We welcome up two to pets. If you brought a pet, please be sure to add them to your reservation and clean up after them OR No Pets Allowed
✔️We do not keep propane stocked for liability reasons, we recommend checking that the tank doesn't need to be filled if you plan to use any amenities requiring propane during your stay. If you do need to get the tank refilled please let us know and we'd be happy to reimburse you!
