We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Wheat Ridge is perfectly situated near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, convenient to Downtown Denver, and near several highways. There are many parks, golf courses, trails, shopping centers, breweries, and restaurants to explore nearby. There is a grocery store 3 minutes from the house.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the garage. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

As snow dusts the foothills and crisp mountain air fills the mornings, you’ll find warmth and comfort waiting inside this spacious Wheat Ridge retreat. Sink into the plush L-shaped sectional after a day exploring nearby Golden or Red Rocks, or gather with family in the open kitchen while the fireplace glows nearby. Every corner invites you to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy Colorado at its coziest.

Sleeping arrangements
With 6 spacious bedrooms and 8 beds, the home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. The layout includes 3 King beds, 2 Queen beds, 2 Full beds, and 1 Full pull-out sofa. Each room offers soft linens, Green Leaf memory foam mattresses, and room-darkening shades for restful sleep. The master suite includes a private bathroom and generous closet space, perfect for extended stays.

Kitchen & dining
The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook and share meals. Two dining areas seat up to 18 guests, ideal for family dinners or group breakfasts before a day of winter adventures. Brew a cup of coffee at the island before heading out to explore or unwind with wine at the dining table as evening settles.

Indoor living
The lower-level game room offers a cozy space for entertainment and friendly competition. Watch a movie on the 100" projector screen or play foosball, Pac-Man, or giant checkers while snow falls softly outside. A putting green adds a touch of fun for guests of all ages. Upstairs, relax by the electric fireplace or stream your favorite shows on the 50" Smart TV.

Outdoor living
Step onto the covered patio for fresh air and mountain views. Though the lawn may be blanketed with snow, the fenced backyard offers room for pets to play safely and for quick winter barbecues with the provided grill. Free parking for up to 5 vehicles and an EV charger add convenience for road-trippers and ski travelers alike.

The home’s Wheat Ridge location offers easy access to both Denver and the Rockies. You’re just minutes from Crown Hill Lake, Downtown Golden, and Red Rocks Amphitheater, making this the perfect base for hiking, skiing, or catching a winter concert. Local breweries, coffee shops, and parks are close by, with a grocery store only 3 minutes away.

Though we recommend renting a car during your stay, our home is located close to many amenities including restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers and lots of other retail.

Please note that the 8-person hot tub was recently added to the home. We have not had a chance to add photos quite yet!

The built-in fireplace is for decorative purposes only. It cannot be used as a fireplace.

BRINGING YOUR FURRY FRIEND?
Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

Please note that we have installed cameras outside the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
