The main level features a comfortable dedicated workspace, fully stocked kitchen, and intimate living room complete with a large 75 inch TV. Tucked into a culdesac, the backyard offers a private and tranquil spot to relax amongst the canopy of trees. Just 5 min from Bojangles Coliseum and Ovens Auditorium and 5 minutes away from popular and fun Plaza Midwood!

Enter the home at the front door where on your left, you will see a comfortable sitting area and dedicated workspace. On your right is a spacious dining room with room for six to dine. Continue into the fully stocked kitchen on your right with the cozy living room (complete with 75 inch Smart TV) on your left. A half bath is on your right. The door in rear exits onto the patio where you will find outdoor dining and seating complete with a BBQ grill for your use. The back yard is quiet and serene with a canopy of tree cover for prime relaxation. All three bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary offers a king bed with attached bathroom and huge walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom also features a queen bed. An additional full bath is upstairs, along with washer and dryer at your fingertips.

You will receive your own personal access code for the property to use throughout your stay. This code will only work from your reservation check-in time through your reservation check-out time.

Traveling to and living in the Country Club Heights|Eastland area of Charlotte is an exciting experience. There's so much to do and explore in the city, from visiting the local museums and parks to eating at some of the city's top-rated restaurants. Concert goers will rave about being only 5 minutes from Bojangles Coliseum and Ovens Auditorium! Also 5 minutes away is the area of Plaza Midwood where restaurants and bars abound.

Near everything! Uptown is just a quick drive or cheap Uber/Lyft ride. The driveway accomodates 3 cars and there is free street parking.

SAFETY DEVICES; 
Exterior security cameras present: We have a doorbell camera, one at the driveway, and one in rear yard of the home. These will be on during your stay and are for your safety and ours.

Noise decibel monitor present: There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

***EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS***
We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner's availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.

***Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy***
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**

**Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which is required for Vrbo reservations.
