Welcome to the spacious, beautiful, renovated Pensacola Retreat! You’re in the 2,000 SF LARGE MAIN home in a safe, quiet, prestigious, NE area. You have a king, queen & 3 twin beds! NEW vanities and flooring in the baths! There’s a HUGE seasonally-heated pool & new gazebo RESERVED for the main house! There’s a large renovated kitchen & 2. living areas. It’s like a condo (but w/ MUCH fewer people!); shared pool, game room & laundry with the suite. There are 3 TVs w/Netflix & Direct Tv (Direct is in the fireplace living room tv).

There’s plenty of space for your family to enjoy!

HEATED POOL until Nov 1st and again March 1st. We'll heat it to 82 (no heating fee!) We’ve just added a fence to the pool! We allow night swimming until 10 pm.

The seasonally-heated Pool and patio area make a relaxing space to enjoy your dinner and drinks. You alone utilize the large, freshly painted kitchen, family room with a fireplace, living room, full upstairs bath and 1/2 bath downstairs!!

For clarity, you ALONE have the 2,000-sf main home to yourself and your guests!! You will have an exceptional amount of space and plenty of privacy! The area is extremely safe, quiet and convenient! Two bedrooms have ceiling fans & hardwood floors! The beds have soft memory foam toppers! (They’re soft beds, which most people love, but if you prefer a firm mattress, it won’t be for you).

The home has three Roku televisions with Netflix and streaming cable in the fireplace living room-it's the big blue D" on the Roku menu. There's a 32" in the blue bedroom, a 43" in the family room and a 40" in the living room. The kitchen has all the utensils and pots and pans you'd need including many spices!!

The home is in the extremely convenient, prestigious NE Pensacola area and is right by the airport and a darling, recently renovated Park is one door away. It's right by the airport and It's 1 mile to the Bay, and Spanish Trail, (one of the few continuous sidewalks in Pensacola), freeways, the City Bus stop and stores and restaurants!!

The home has two other spaces. There’s an upstairs, separated guest suite, The Pelican Nest (maximum occupancy for them is 3), and a separate mother-in-law apartment in the converted garage where our wonderful, on-site host David stays-he will allow you plenty of space; he has his own entrance and patio area. He'll assist in maintaining the pool and home. You share the pool, laundry, and game room. The game room is a shared space from 12 pm-8 pm with the Pelican Nest. You have 24 hr. access. Although spaces are shared, there are much fewer guests than a hotel, apartment or town home community. All spaces are COMPLETELY SEPERATE with their own entrances!

We also have a small charcoal grill. There’s charcoal in an outside bin.

We apologize, but we can't accept any animals. There are some shared spaces and there are a few plants that are toxic to dogs. There's a wonderful vet just down the street that boards animals.

There are many guest recommendations and information in a picture frame in the room.

Also note: The home has regular bug control Maintenance. We will give you notice and please be aware that this is Florida and absolutely necessary.



You have the blue queen bed room and across the hall the room has a very comfortable king-sized bed, and an extra twin bed. The closet isn’t available in that room- there’s a dresser and garment rack so that you can hang your clothes. You are also the only ones using the large family room with a fireplace, large tiled living room and large kitchen!!!
For clarity, you are the ONLY ones in the 2,000 SF main home!
Other things to note:


If it’s too cold to swim, below 70 degrees during the day, or below 50 at night, the pool heater will be turned off.
Also, the pool will need to be shocked weekly and won’t be swimmable for a few hours.

Please be aware that there are two other booking options now available. You may rent out the Pelican Nest (the suite), and we have now added the option to rent out both the Main House with the Pelican Nest in one single booking. Please inquire: Subject to availability.

There are three total OUTDOOR ONLY security cameras. The two in the front of the home view the front yard, Cul-de-sac and driveway. The one in the back views the entry path and part of the stairway going up to the suite-it does NOT view the pool. They are motion-detection and are on 24/7. They video tape for five seconds and store for five days.

PLEASE LEAVE THE FAN OUTSIDE the suite door. Please also leave the AT&T extender in the hallway. Although we have lots of soundproofing and rarely have complaints, please leave the fan going 24-7 to ensure that no noise is heard from either the suite or the main house. The game room isn’t air-conditioned, but you can put in one of the fans or open the main house doors and shut the patio doors going out into the pool to cool it down if needed.

Also note, no unregistered guests are allowed on the property and we can't accept local guests from Pensacola or the surrounding area. Any violation of these rules will void the rental agreement and guests could be asked to leave.
