Fabulous 3 bedroom, 3 bath beachfront Villa with a private 2 car garage. Ground level front patio with seating for 10 and gas grill (we supply the propane), 2nd level Margarita deck, and only a short walk to the 5 pools in the center of the resort. We even supply your pool towels!



The Space:

The large Master Suite has a king bed, two single beds and a large private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a king on the bottom, a queen on the top and a private full bath. The 3rd bedroom has a king bed and is adjacent to the 3rd full bath.



Start your day with breakfast (we have both a Keurig and drip-style coffee maker) on the patio while watching the pelicans fishing and the dolphins frolicking. Play games on the beach or hunt for some shells. Take a swim in the warm ocean waters or use our kayaks to go exploring. As the sun is setting, grab your favorite beverage and head up to the viewing deck to watch the spectacular sunset over the Sea of Cortez. We also have a gas BBQ on the patio for a dinner with the best view in town and a huge kitchen with everything you need to create a great meal.
