This quiet neighborhood is lined with large old trees and is great for walking around and checking out the University of Montana Campus. The home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and open concept living on the main level with plenty of natural light and space to spread out.
As an extra service to our guests, we can provide a baby high chair and/or pack-n-play travel bed, upon request, free of charge.

Just south of the Clark Fork River at the base of Mt. Sentinel lies Missoula’s University district, a residential enclave of tree-lined streets, historic craftsman homes, and small but well-tended yards.

The University District is also home to a broad mix of families, young professionals, and retirees, and boasts some of the finest amenities in town. The river trail system to the north, the famous “M” trail on Mt. Sentinel to the east, and the University Golf Course to the south are among the most beloved recreation spots in town.
