Esta moderna unidad de 1 dormitorio es muy lindo, tiene un montón de espacio para moverse en. La cocina tiene una pequeña isla con la estufa en la parte superior y un montón de espacio en el mostrador, es una unidad muy cómoda con una hermosa vista de la playa.

Todos nuestros alquileres vienen con ropa de cama completa, una lavadora / secadora en la unidad y cocinas totalmente equipadas por lo que todo lo que tiene que preocuparse es divertirse! Además, nuestro complejo ofrece una piscina, área de picnic / barbacoa, WIFI GRATIS, área de lavado de coches, paseo marítimo para la playa y un mercado conveniente al lado! Durante los meses de marzo a octubre también ofrecemos servicio de playa GRATIS! Estamos ubicados a sólo 5 minutos de Fort Walton Beach y Destin en la hermosa isla de Okaloosa y sólo 3/4 de milla de excelentes restaurantes, vida nocturna, tiendas, actividades acuáticas y el Gulfarium!

Nuestras unidades de condominio son para no fumadores y el Nautilus es una propiedad sin mascotas.

Beach decor needs to be added and the patio cushions needs replaced. The bed was a brick.

Absolutely AMAZING. Check in was breeze, location even better. Gorgeous view of the ocean from your balcony. Very clean, and modern. Host was amazing and very helpful.

The pool was a great addition, but the beach was my favorite! The staff was so helpful with all my questions before and after booking. My room was ready early, as they knew I was already on property. I had access to beach, chairs, and pool before check-in and the day after checking out. Two chairs and an umbrella, set up daily at no extra cost, was a pleasant surprise. Even the day of rain from Tropical Storm Bertha, we enjoyed relaxing in the unit and seeing and hearing the ocean past our balcony. I will definitely book again next year.

Great getaway

Great condo!

This was a great condo! Perfect location and beautiful views from the balcony. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. The only issue we had was that the stove top took forever to heat things up, but we only used it once. I loved the free beach service of an umbrella and 2 chairs. I would definitely rent this condo again!

It was a nice condo. It had good views of the gulf. The included beach chairs/umbrella were a wonderful perk. The front staff was great. Had an issue with the door lock and it was addressed quickly. It was my wife and I first trip to Florida/Alabama gulf coast. After touring from Gulf Shores to Miramar beach, Ft Walton felt less busy than Gulf Shores and Destin. As we like to explore and driving an hour or more is the norm, the location made it great to kind of home base from.

Excellent unit, property needs an update

Loved it!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay . Fully equipped with everything you need and prior emails and communication before we arrived had all the info so i knew exactly what to pack. Location was directly on the beach. Our view was breathtaking. Never had an issue with noise. For two people this was ideal. It would get a little tight if u added anymore. But it is do-able with kids. We would absolutely stay here again for the location to the beach and proximity to Destin and surrounding establishments.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The sliding glass door off the living room needs replaced. Maintenance sprayed the track but didn't help. The mattress has a hump in the middle. I flipped it, and was not better. The living room needs a chair. The ice machine was a huge success, we loved.
