The host was amazing! And very communicative. The place was super cozy and had nearly any amenity we could have imagined. The hot tub was wonderful and the neighborhood was very quiet despite its proximity to the airport and the freeway. We will absolutely stay here again, it was perfect for a ladies weekend away.

This place was perfect for our needs. The photos don't do it justice. It was so comfortable, wonderful amenities provided and well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay there again if the occasion arises.

Communication about how to checkin was on time and clear. We just had to unlock the door. The kitchen was great, had everything we could possibly need and more! Measuring cups and spoons, a cover for food in the microwave, good and sharp knives, plenty of glasses, plates as well as pots and pans. I would have appreciated a plastic cup for the bathroom and to take outside. (They may have been there, but I didn’t see them.) It was super clean and very comfortable.

These hosts should teach a master class on rentals!! The home was better than the online photos. It was in a quiet neighborhood, was spotless, and literally had absolutely everything you needed along with many little thoughtful details that you felt so much at home. Without a doubt one of my top rental homes in Grand Junction!!

Mesa Graduation

This house is beautiful and has every amenity you could possibly need. The outside area, with table and chairs and a hot tub, was perfect for hanging around and relaxing in the evenings. Quiet neighborhood, close to Mesa University; we were happy we picked this house for our vacation and will stay again if we ever get back to Grand Junction.

Fabulous stay for our Girl's getaway!

This property is lovely! Very well appointed, the owners have thought of everything their guests might need! The property is decorated so nicely, love all the nods to cycling and wine! Would book here again for sure!

Very thoughtful hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The hosts have thought of every little detail. The home is tastefully decorated, which made our stay aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. Check-in was seamless with our own entry code. The beds all had nice bedding and extra blankets in the closet. There were plenty of better than hotel quality towels and they have a whole basket of beach towels by the back door for hot tubbing. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. And there were plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. I loved their chunky glassware so much I ordered some for our house! The living room sectional is huge and comfy and there’s a large screen TV on the wall. At one point we were all 3 “working” in different areas of the house, which was fun. My husband was at the bar while also watching the Tv, I was at the table, and our son was in the guest bedroom with an office setup. It was cozy and comfortable and the WiFi accommodated all of us easily. Highly recommend this home and these hosts!

Great Grand Junction House

We loved this place. The house was very nice and the only negative thing I would have to say is that we were too busy working in the area so we didn't have much time to enjoy it. This will be our annual spot when we are working in Grand Junction as long as it's available.

Excellent House

The house is perfect for a girls trip or a family weekend away. We enjoyed the locations as well as all of the amenities this property has to offer. If you love wine this house is for you. Although we are not wine drinkers that was a very cool amenity. The hot tub was amazing - just need a place to hang your towel for when you get out. Can;t wait to stay here again.

Grand Junction

The host was very responsive. The home was well decorated and details were thought of. The house does have a hot tub but we didn't use it. There aren't pictures of this on the listing. It was nice that bottled water was left in the refrigerator for our use because it was hot while we were there. The location was great as it was close to the highway and the downtown. The house was spacious and loved the living room furniture. The home had an evaporative cooler not central air and it was running almost non-stop and very noisy. I won't book a house with an evaporative cooler again if that's how noisy it is. Also had to leave the windows open a little because of the requirement of the unit. We couldn't even hear the tv because of the noisy unit. The welcome book said there was Netflix but it didn't work because of the Netflix sharing rules and having to use the host's account which was not authorized on the device. Maybe in the book indicate that guests would have to use their own account. The internet kept disconnecting and had to reset it a few times to connect to Wi-Fi. The two bathroom sinks and bathtub, the drain plug didn't work (although the tub had a rubber plug to use). Some of the bath towels were stained. The lawn was not mowed and debris was on the patio in the backyard. The queen bed mattress was very hard but the other beds had good mattresses. Just minor things to consider when staying at this property.

Perfect retreat

We were in town for my son and daughter in laws baby shower. Perfect little spot to prep food have friends and enjoy a little vacation! Hot tub, fire pit and if you don’t feel like going to town for a bottle of wine they have a fridge with winds available to purchase! The host was so responsive and definitely felt like home away from home!! Would love to stay here again

Great stay in Grand Junction!

This home was perfect for our stay. Convenient, very clean, and exactly as described. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of supplies of things if you forgot anything, kitchen well stocked with pots and pans, beds were very comfortable, all the details made for a very pleasant stay.

Simply Amazing

This place is amazing. Hands down the best rental we’ve all experienced. Every detail of the home is thought of including some personal touches that surprised our group. This stay was the third stay of a 15 night /16 day road trip- staying at different homes each night. Definitely a home away from home. We will be back if traveling this way again.
