Waterfront Gem- safe area, cozy and clean
Nestled in a relaxing setting with a beautiful waterfront view in Chelsea Heights. Great for families or chill friend groups, as it’s a family neighborhood. Free street parking!
Directly across from the bay (stairs for access.) 3/4 mile to the AC beach/boardwalk and 1/2 mile to Bader field. A few minutes from Ventnor. 30 minute drive to Ocean City, 15 min to Story Book Land. Free boat ramp down the street. Restaurants, turf field, track, and corner stores close by.
The space
Get ready for some cozy lounging on the sunny front porch and enjoying the sunrise over the water from your bedroom!
The place is just across the street from the bay. The closest beach and boardwalk are a 15 minute walk or quick drive. Shops/casinos are just a short walk down the boardwalk. Vagabond from Diners, Drive Ins and Dives is in the same neighborhood (Chelsea Heights).
The main bedroom has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has bunk beds and a pack and play is available. (*pack and play, not a crib). The top bunk is best for an older kid or adult as the bar and ladder aren’t very young child friendly. The living room has 2 sofa beds and a sturdy blow up queen is available.
This is a Kid-friendly place and neighborhood. We have toys, books, a booster seat, baby monitors, a sound machine and baby gates. Atlantic City is much more kid friendly than you might think. Our toddlers love the beach, boardwalk, Steel Pier, and our yard.
The backyard is enclosed and has a small cement patio, furniture and small Weber coal grill.
Guest access
Free street parking. We ask guests to park only one car in front of the house, if there is space, and others across the street…to keep the neighbors happy.

We are available for questions and tips, we know and love the area.
We have small children and jobs, so we will do our best to respond to questions promptly between 7am and 9pm, but we otherwise may be sleeping.
A picture of your photo ID will be requested via message from the host before confirming your booking to verify identity.
