Encantador paseo a la playa Chatham-Bayview Beach House - A / C central; Wifi

Cada habitación en esta casa de todo el año ha sido totalmente renovada y rediseñada hace solo unos años. Bayview Cottage cuenta con aire acondicionado central en todas partes, pisos de madera noble relucientes en las áreas de estar, una cocina de azulejos nuevos con estufa de gas, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable con lavaplatos y microondas, mostradores de granito, barra de desayuno y área de preparación separada / bar de vinos con refrigerador para vinos. Disfrute de las comodidades de este rancho decorado con buen gusto a 4/10 millas a pie de Forest Beach, área de conservación y cerca de una cancha de tenis del vecindario. En el calendario notará que durante la temporada alta de verano (junio a agosto, hacemos un mínimo de 7 días / alquiler semanal).
También hay una ducha al aire libre para después de sus viajes a la playa. Es una corta distancia de la entrada al estanque de Taylor, donde hay un desembarque para pescar, hacer kayak o remar en bote. El centro del pueblo se encuentra a solo 5 kilómetros de tiendas exclusivas, excelentes restaurantes, un amplio parque infantil, conciertos semanales de bandas, el faro de la Guardia Costera y los juegos de béisbol de renombre nacional Chatham Anglers NCAA, donde los exploradores de la MLB buscan nuevos talentos.

Best Neighborhood

Best neighborhood we have ever stayed in on the Cape. Peter and Diane are lovely hosts and were always attentive when we needed something. Loved being close to the beach.

This was our first visit to Cape Cod — we had a great time! This place was beautiful… very clean, spacious, easily fit my family of 6. Great location (about a 10 minute walk to a beach). Close to Rt 28 which is the main road for getting to a lot of shopping, restaurants, putt putt, ice cream, etc. We would love to stay here again.

We are very happy about the property and our stay. House is newly renovated and kept in excellent condition. It's also conveniently located within walking distance to a community beach for swimming or walking, also very close to shopping and sight seeing destinations. Owners are very responsive and nice. The town even has a few level 3 fast charging stations, not the fastest but fast enough to get cars charged while window shopping or dining. We would stay again and recommend to others.

Amazing Week, Hosts and Location

We had an incredible stay at Peter and Diane’s home. They were truly amazing - kind, hospitable, and made us feel right at home. The location was absolutely perfect, and the house was ideal for our first vacation with our 1-year-old daughter. It was well-appointed, and we couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and enjoyable stay. We're already looking forward to booking our stay there again next year!

This was our first trip to Chatham. We love cape cod. The house was a good location the beach was easy to get to and not crowded. Quiet neighborhood, The house was supplied with all the essentials. I would highly recommend this house.

Awesome Stay!

Perfect location on the cape for family time. I suggest Hardings Beach for little ones which is a 10 min drive and easy parking. The house met all of our needs and more for two adult women and three kids - 2, 8, and 12. Hosts were so nice and we felt so welcome! We truly enjoyed our stay with lots to do and easy downtime when we needed it. My sister took a three hour nap one day! Perfect recharge vacation!

Great location in S. Chatham, just over the border from Harwich. Well-maintained home with beautiful decorative accents and well-stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable, with nice linens, although the double bed was squeaky and may need a new boxspring. Although one can walk to the small Forest Beach, it's not close enough if you're heading there with chairs, cooler, kids, etc. There is some free parking available, however. Several beautiful beaches within a 10 minute drive, where you can pay 20/day to park. These beaches also have amenities, such as restrooms, snack bar.The owners, who live across the street, are very nice and make the house super comfortable. It was a great stay!

A fabulous week away

We had a wonderful stay this past week; the house was just as described and everything we had hoped for -- clean, very comfortable, and in a terrific location...within walking distance of a very nice beach, close to downtown Chatham, and in a great spot for exploring other areas of Cape Cod! The hosts, Diane and Peter, were very responsive to any questions we had both before we arrived and during our stay, and very thoughtfully left us a welcome note along with some snacks and a bottle of wine, They live across the street from the property, so we also had the chance to meet them and had a very nice talk with them. I highly recommend this rental and plan to return!

Great Location - spacious

We had an issue and it was resolved immediately as the owners live across the street. Cottage is roomy and has all the amenities. I took off a star because it was a bit dusty and could use a thorough cleaning. It was fine for my friend but I’m a bit of a clean freak. We enjoyed our visit and would rent again.

Perfect Chatham Stay

Our summer plans changed twice and we were VERY lucky to have had an opportunity to get an early August booking at this great house due to a cancelation. We were greeted with a basket of goodies and a bottle of wine in the wine fridge on arrival! The house was immaculate and outfitted with everything needed for a week in paradise. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was filled with everything needed. An easy lighting gas grill and a smart TV made it even more comfortable. I would not hesitate to book again and am somewhat ambivalent writing this review and sharing this little gem with others but wish this lovely couple the best with their rental. Thank you again for an absolutely perfect stay! The Bigelows

Couldn't ask for better hosts!

The property was perfect for our extended stay and we really appreciated the up to date and very well-stocked kitchen. Having a small public beach within walking distance was also very nice and we appreciated having Chatham and Harwichport equally accessible. You have to drive (or bike) into downtown Chatham, but parking was never a problem and it's very walkable once you are there.

Beautifully chatham

Peter and Diane were wonderful hosts. House was in a great location, walking distance to the beach, driving distance from some delicious restaurants and minutes away from downtown. Highly recommend! We will be back!

Lovely home in a great spot

The home was perfect in many ways. It was very clean and very well stocked. The neighborhood area is great for walking and biking. The beach is an easy walk and has great views of the conservation land.

Adorable,clean,short distance to everything

We had a excellent time staying here. It was very clean and spacious. It was a great location for what we were looking for. short distance to town and forest beach and Harding beach. My daughter also loved the little library that is on property she would check every day to see if someone took the books she put in.

Great week on the Cape!

We spent the week of June 26-July 3 at Peter and Diane’s house in Chatham, MA and had a wonderful stay. The house was exactly what we expected and more. The central air kept us cool on some really hot days and the Weber grille on the deck was convenient when we wanted dinner in for a night. Forest Beach is within walking distance of the house. There are also several restaurants near by (the Talkative Pig is recommended!). You can bike from the house to the Rail Trail, though we didn’t with our 5 and 7 year olds because Rte 28 can get busy. However, it’s about a 2 minute drive to the parking area for the Rail Trail. Peter and Diane were very nice and are right across the road if anything should arise.

We love evening walks in this quiet neighborhood, town conservation area overlooking Nantucket Sound, sunset on the beach, boating, ice cream at the old schoolhouse (Short n Sweet), biking on the nearby Cape Cod Rail Trail bike trail, Friday Night Chatham Band concerts and watching premier college baseball at Veterans Field - where MLB scouts search for new talent every other night! We provide 3 bicycles in the garage for your convenience.
