This townhome gives you the best of both worlds. If relaxation is what you seek then look no further. Direct oceanfront while in town with tons of restaurants within minutes,. The wrap around balcony offers the ability to sit in the sun or in the shade while gazing at the ocean or people watch the people at the pool. Updated well stocked kitchen, allows the chef of the family to still be apart of the action while creating delicious meals and watching the waves roll in. Don't forget about the heated pool. The master bedroom over looks the ocean with a king size bed and the guests bedroom has 2 queen beds. There are 3 tv's so no one has to miss their favorite shows.

Loved the location, could sit in the balcony and watch the tide roll in. The place was very cozy and provided some amenities for the beach. Will differently stay here again

Unit is very nice and had many things you need for the week. Pool is great and stores are very close. Beach is amazing.

Beautiful view

Our stay was amazing! Communication was great and if we had a question the responses were prompt and helpful. We loved the views from our balcony and it was perfect to sit out in the later afternoon/evening as it was shaded by that time. It was quiet and everyone we ran into were kind. We emjoyed the quick beach access and the pool. We plan to come back again!

I really appreciated the clean covers on the couch, the beach towels for our use, the laundry area was pristine and quality. The couches were comfortable and chairs for evenings after a beach day. The view is greeting you everywhere you go in this unit. There is construction, we were well aware. The master bedroom is huge, would love a master bathroom in that room. This area feels safe, pretty quiet and clean. East Coast living does a great job dealing with anything that comes up. The pool was closed the entire time, that was a real bummer. We had not been told that nor was there communication about that situations resolution. Perhaps waiting on health dept for three weeks? It is a gov agency. Had everything we needed. Very generous in dishwasher pods, laundry det, shampoo, body wash dispensers in showers were excellent. Had plastic wrap etc for use, could use a few more leftover containers for dinner leftovers, lots of silverware, plates dish ware. One set of cookware needs to be thrown out, nonstick scratched up, but other was great. Even had a roaster for ham and cookie sheets for veggies or cookies. Nice kitchen, great showers and hot water!!! Loved the clothes bars available and iron!! Could use new outdoor chairs on balcony although the high chair and lounger were super.The higher chair allows a view of ocean with no obstruction. Seeing the stars and moon at night and watching the sun come up here is the best part. Thank you for everything!

From booking, communication with our host, to checking out (sadly) the stay was so easy and enjoyable. We’ll be back to visit friends in the area and will stay at the same property.

We had a very enjoyable 5 day/night stay with you. The beach was quiet and not crowded which was a big plus for us. The wrap-around balcony provided tremendous ocean views. We look forward to another vacation with you.

Wonderful getaway spot right on the beach

This was our family’s annual summer vacation and it was a great property to stay at. The 2-story corner unit was right on the beach and had everything we needed to comfortably enjoy our vacation. The instructions for the property were clear and easy to follow, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook on premises, rooms were spacious and comfortable, the property was just perfect with amazing views. We definitely look forward to coming back here again.

We had the most wonderful time at this condo and this motel!! It was one of the very best times we’ve had on a vacation. Friendliest place ever. Great restaurants nearby. We watched several rocket launches. We wish we could have stayed longer!!

Perfect place for a beach vacation

We are a family of four (kids 13 and 16). The unit is perfect. Well located with a perfect view at the ocean from the living room and the master bedroom upstairs. Beds very comfortable. The beach accessories available were a bonus. Would go back anytime and I do recommand it.

Family Vacation

This unit offers amazing ocean views. It was cleaned and spacious for our family of 4. We had a 4 night stay. Balcony metal bars could use some paint. I traveled with my kids and the proximity to both the ocean and pool was convenient to us. We will be back!

Lovely townhouse right on the ocean

We had a lovely time in this property, which is located right on the ocean at Melbourne Beach, FL. The townhouse was well-maintained, very clean, and in a convenient location. The wrap-around balcony is wonderful. We caught the morning sun and the afternoon sun, as well as two Space X rocket launches, and a spectacular moon rise. The place met our needs perfectly. We would love to stay here again. Perhaps next time we would come later in the winter for some warmer weather.

Perfect beach condo

I think we’ve found our home away from home when we come back to Melbourne to visit family!! This condo was perfect for our needs. The proximity to the beach was awesome, as well as the Eau Gallie WALMART and Winn-Dixie. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. There was even beach toys and umbrellas if you needed. The beds were very comfy, the fans were wonderful, and the unit was very quiet!! Janice always responded to all my questions and was very helpful!! All in all, it was perfect for our little family and we can’t wait to come back!!

Absolutely peaceful

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family absolutely loved the condo. So incredibly close to the beach and pool. The beach and pool were very relaxed and we were not crowded with other families. We are very low key so this was perfect for us. The condo had everything we needed and after a quick stop to the grocery we felt totally at home. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and with teenagers it was needed after some long days together. There was just one little bobble where the convenient staircase next to our room was shut down which really did not mean more than an additional 40 steps to the one on the other side of the building. If we head back to the Atlantic side of Florida we will 100 percent stay here again.

Florida Family Vacay

My family and I chose this condo because of its location to the beach, the price, the amenities, and the quietness of the location. When picking a condo, I do a deep dig into the reviews, and we felt this condo lived up to those reviews. My family loved it here. So much we wish we could have extended our stay but it was already booked. This condo has thought of everything you could possibly need for a quiet beach family vacation, beach towels, umbrellas, and beach toys. The view from the master bedroom and balcony was amazing. The beach was quiet and you didn’t have to worry about getting up early to get a spot. There is a grocery store nearby and plenty of reasonably priced restaurants. I loved how close we were to the beach, mere steps away. The pool was clean and my kids loved that after a long day at the beach. The grounds of the condo are kept up and you can see they are making positive changes to the area. Once our vacation date got closer, the owner sent out information on an app to download. This had an “everything you need to know” in it. I would highly recommend this condo for your next vacation.

Beach and pool are very relaxing compared to a hotel.Surprisingly quiet inside the residence.A/C worked great.Kitchen was spacious and townhouse was very comfortable.Guest beds are very firm. The only real annoyance was the Wi-Fi connectivity. Having to reconnect multiple times a day on all devices. Did not work for pc and wound up using my hotspot. All iOS devices connected fine. Perfect little corner

This unit was Ah-mazing. This second floor corner unit had beach access that was merely steps away. The swimming pool was clean and also just steps away from the unit. A wrap around balcony was almost PERFECT. The side balcony was shaded for awhile so the "almost" is for maybe a small pop up or roll out umbrella/canopy for the direct beach front seating. Inside was just as perfect. Spacious and cozy. Beautifully decorated. Little touches of necessities well thought out. Some places we've stayed were a little overboard to the point that there was no room left to put our personal things/ preferences out in the kitchen bedrooms and bathroom. The sofa and chairs were SO SO comfortable. Being a few months post-op back surgery, hip and neck issues ... thats saying a lot. The beds were awesome. AGAIN- post-op. Walk in showers upstairs and down made easy access for ... mobility impaired. Sorry about the tiny seashells that snuck their way in. Location to the beach and area were perfect. The only down side to this place was. . ME not the unit. Having it all on one floor would have been less of a challenge but hey .. got my step therapy in. Bedside rugs would help with less sand in the bed and a chair in the master would have been helpful. A little piece of heaven in every way. I would definitely tell someone to stay there and/or go back myself. Price was a plus too. Well done!!!
