This recently renovated townhome sits in Silver Star Park City, a prized mid-mountain resort offering ski-in, ski-out access to both Park City Mountain and Canyons Village, using the dedicated Silver Star Express chair-lift*. The unit is steps away from the on-site heated pool, fitness center with Peloton, an all-season sports shop, lift-ticket office, chair-lift, front desk concierge service and an open-air plaza. The top-rated Silver Star Café (serving drinks, lunch and dinner) with views over the valley and ski slopes, is a main attraction. The complex is across the street from the Park City Golf Course, White Pine Touring cross-country skiing and snow shoeing. Downtown Park City is a short 1.2 mile walk or bike ride to stores and restaurants.
Designed for year-round entertaining, this 3-bedroom townhome has vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan and a balcony with a Weber BBQ grill. In the living area, two full-length sofas and twin club chairs frame a stacked-stone gas fireplace and large-screen SmartTV with both AppleTV and DirectTV (for special sporting event access throughout the unit). Well suited for families and children alike, this bunk room offers twin over twin bunk beds, a queen bed and wall-mounted SmartTV. The attached private bathroom has a combination shower/bathtub.
Guests also have a common half-bath on the ground floor and in unit laundry room. There is a private, extra- large, heated spa on the first floor patio.
