Oceanfront 2/2 Condo; Short walk to Pool & Beach! .

Oceanfront - Close to the Main Pool, w Large Outdoor Shady Patio! Easy access to unit from parking lot or garage. Relax, Swim, Walk, Run, Bike, and Explore the nearby Parks and Trails. I love the patio for reading, listening to ocean on the shady side of bldg. Head to the Intracoastal where you can Fish or Kayak! Great Location!

The Master Bedroom has a Tommy Bahamas Queen Bedroom Set with a comfortable bed. Plenty of drawers and your own cable TV and oversized chair. Private Bathroom has a stand-up shower, separate bathtub, plenty of vanity drawers and double sinks. Walk in Closet. Second Bedroom has a new Queen Bed with a single bunk above it. Great for the extra one.

New Smart TV in Living Room, couch and two chairs. New dining table seats six. Kitchen has a separate table and four chairs so plenty of seating and chairs.

Perfect Family Vacation spot with close access to the pools, beach. The BBQ is close walk for outdoor cooking and enjoyment while you can let the kids play on the grass.

Washington Oaks is 5 minutes away for walking, and more beach access and exploring the park. Marineland is 5 minutes away. Mala Compra Park 5 minutes away for Biking and Hiking Trails. St. Augustine Beach is 20 minutes away and head downtown St Augustine in 30 minutes or head south to Flagler Beach for more restaurants, and fun! Ormond Beach and Daytona are just south of Palm Coast. Great location! So much to enjoy.

Pool Noodles, Beach Chairs, Sand Bucket, Board Games, Cards and Poker Chips available and can be used. I have two bicycles that can be used - just need to make arrangements with host ahead of time.

A wonderful, comfortable, and tasteful apartment perfect for our needs, with the beach directly out the back. Our host was available and helpful. Everything was easy. Highly recommend this fab property. We'll be back.

Fantastic

Clean, well appointed condo within walking distance to pool and beach. Comfortable bed. The host was very responsive and the stay nothing short of great. I hope to return for more beach time and sunshine.

Relaxing visit

Great location, easy access to area attractions. Our host was welcoming, attentive, and very responsive. The condo was well appointed, with all necessities available. We enjoyed our stay at the condo (4 weeks) so much that we have booked again for 2025.

The units we stayed in were well stocked and clean. We had two units side by side on ground floor and it was perfect with the large patios. The pools were wonderful. We love this area and had a great time!

Beautiful property!

The weather did not cooperate, but it was a very nice condo. Really enjoyed all the walking paths around the property. Easy checkin and out. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, but we didnt try the upper bunk. Huge patio had full shade, which would be appreciated in July.

Two week stay

The stay was good, but there could be more essentials such as a kettle, toaster and things such as that. The condo requires some maintenance (patio doors, leak in the bathroom etc). Overall we had a pleasant stay

Wonderful host.

Well kept condo with a beautiful location. We highly recommend this unit for its peacefulness, proximity to the beach,and abundance of shopping and restaurant opportunities. Most especially we were very impressed with the owner who remained in contact throughout our stay and responded immediately to any concerns that arose.

Loved our week

The condo was really nice. Well stocked with kitchen essentials. The patio was huge and really nice to sit and enjoy the morning sun and the shade in the late afternoon. The pool was never crowded, and HUGE. The kids loved having room to throw their football back and forth in the water. We did enjoy the peace of the beach, but it was not a beach we were used to. The boulders were beautiful, but the kids were disappointed (at first) bc they thought they wouldnt be able to get in. There is a public beach about 5 mins away that was perfect. I also appreciated the security of having the gate guarded everyday to ensure that everyone was supposed to be there. Jeannine was wonderful. She is super responsive and helpful. Thank you for the great week!!!

Great vacation spot!

The property is as advertised. What made this experience great was the responsiveness of the host, Jeannine. I had some questions and she answered quickly through the VRBO app each time Tbe master bed is comfortable (I didn’t try the guest room) The kitchen has everything I needed, and the provided sheets and towels actually felt luxurious. That’s a word I have never used before when reviewing a rental. I would definitely rent this unit again. Thank you, Jeannine!
