We cannot think of a single negative about this property! It was exactly as described, immaculate, well appointed, and lots of nice touches were found (such as enough coffee for the first day or two, creamer, plenty of soap, shampoo, etc., and even a handwritten welcome note to be found when you entered the room). Communication was exceptional with frequent check-in to make sure everything was going all right with us. It was a wonderful day – just not long enough!

Check in time was 4:00, but the office closed at 1:00, We were unable to obtain parking passes until the next day. Parking is also a premium, sometimes it was difficult to find close to the building. The condo was wonderful, met all our needs. Pool and hot tub were great! Short walk to the beach which was never crowded. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location to the beach. We had coffee on the deck every morning and watched the sun come up. Fast communication when questions occurred. Very clean and the beach accessories were nice to use.

Great Weekend Getaway!

Only wonderful things to say about our recent beach trip to this beautiful condo at Colony Reef in St. Augustine! Close to the beach and resort pool, extremely clean, very spacious for all 6 of us, and close to EVERYTHING! Also, impressive to us was the management at itrip… never felt so confident about a vacation rental… with their concern and communication during the whole process! A+all around!

Perfect family vacation

Great location, and my family loved spending time bouncing between the pool, hot tub, and beach. The condo was very clean, well equipped, and the reclining sofas were amazing. Would absolutely stay here again!

The condo was exactly as billed. Easy beach access. The activity center had a sauna, family-sized pool, little library, workout area (though with aging equipment), and decent table tennis. Amenities for the price were excellent. Parking was a breeze. The staff was helpful for local sightseeing and dining tips.

A Home Away from Home

Perfect location and spot to stay, was just as described. Easy access to pool and ocean; loved that there was beach accessories available for use in the condo along with home amenities such as washer/dryer.

It was very up to date. Loved that both bathrooms have walk-in showers. The unit was nice and bright and the LR furniture was quite comfortable. Nice amenities as well. Look forward to going back.
