It's a laid-back community within walking distance of one of the most popular beaches in all of Puerto Rico. Is also walking distance to numerous popular restaurants, bakeries, bars, surf shops & pharmacies / grocery stores. Our apartment is located in the best beach in San Juan: Condado Beach or Ocean Park Beach. You won’t need a car to go there. Our house is just 10 walking minutes to Condado where a more lively atmosphere is available. Our location is perfect for your day trips. Just 15 min by car to Old San Juan. Just one hour south is Ponce. Just two hours west to Isabella, Aguadilla, and just minutes further to Rincon and Mayaguez. Why not go full circle to Cabo Rojo, Boqueron, La Parguera, Guanica to Ponce. I can't even remember all in between. For that please take your map and enjoy. The east coast is a more 45 min away. There is really so much more. Getting around Steps from McLeary Avenue and one block from Loiza Street with public transportation, taxis, and rides easily available. You can walk or bike too. The Historical Old San Juan is a 10 minute uber ride and so is the airport. Staying in in our neighborhood, you will enjoy more of a local flair than the typical tourist experience. Also, the apartment has a living room equipped with 50" Smart TV, A/C, Wi-Fi access and BBQ. The apartment also has a full laundry in-unit with washer and dryer. BEDROOMS: All the bedrooms have a a/c. The master bedrooms have a queen size bed with a desk for work from home. The others three lovely bedrooms have a full side beds in each room with a mid - century decoration. There's plenty of space, small workstations in the master room & the second bedrooms, good energy, plants and light. There's no places like this in this area! Also, there's a big table with 6 chairs in the living room, a kitchen, a comfy couch, a Smart tv and everything else you may need to feel good! DIRECTIONS FROM AIRPORT: The house is 5 minutes from the Luis Muños Marin Airport in Isla Verde. If you're not feeling like leaving the house today, it's more than nice here! You can stay home all day long and chill out in the terrace with the hammock, read a book or work from here.
