The only nice thing was the balcony and the water view The stove did not work , the bathroom were dirty, the bedsheets dirty , it was not a pleasant stay ,we lost power the food got spoiled, the owner did not did anything about it , the told me they was going to give me a credit but that never happened . The key to go out to the beach didn’t work . Ext I was dying to get back home .

Overall great location nice apartment and gorgeous view. Well kept building.

First day we arrived was pleasant apartment amazing view of Isla Verde beach it was clean and well equipped. However, we noticed a very bad mildew moldy odor mixed with air freshener throughout.My family is quite sensitive to this type of odor. The bathroom sink fixture could use replacing. The odor was so strong it was hard to sleep. The next days remaining we had no water or AC due to the metro area water outages. We opened the windows and balcony to air out the place. This was the entire area surrounding and not the owners fault. Unfortunately this water outage info was not told to us prior. I did notify them about the smell and the lack of water AC issue. They apologized and we continued our stay. We stayed an additional day due to our flight being cancelled. The owners gave us an additional day for a discounted price. They also offered to refund us if we were not happy. It was too late to book at hotel and places were limited. Overall the building was nicely maintained, the poolwas very nice and grounds were clean and well kept. The price nightly was fair and the space could accommodate all of us. The view was amazing and location.

Great place to stay for vacation, we only had an unfortunate issue that the AC on the building broke for 3 days. It was kind of difficult to sleep at night because of the heat inside the place. I spend most of my time out so it didn’t matter much.

A cute place to rest your head while exploring Puerto Rico

We had a lovely stay at the property - we did encounter some door issues, and the whole place could use a good refreshing (the light bulb out in the fridge, for example) but for the price and the proximity to the beachfront, it was terrific. The beach area is clean and not very crowded, as was the pool. The whole place does feel more like an apartment building than hotel, but we knew that going in.Our one only gripe is that there wasn't a whole lot within walking distance that interested us, particularly for breakfast options. But this was our group's first time in Puerto Rico and lessons have been learned.Overall, it was a great location for our first visit to help get a lay of the land.

Beautiful ocean view and cute patio for 4. Spent a lot of time relaxing on patio. Nicely furnished. Small kitchen with all appliances necessary for comfort. Walgreens and car rental right across street. Owners were helpful with our questions.

Great trip to Puerto Rico!

Had a wonderful stay in this rental. Place was very clean and great location. The view was amazing! There were a couple things that were a little out dated and needed repairs but it was ok. Any problems were addressed right away by Yary and Victor. We are going back!!

Great location

We stayed in this same building back in March. The location, beach & views are awesome. FYI, the proximity to the water takes its toll on the rental property. Just know that going in & you won’t be disappointed. When we come back again as I am sure we will we would look to stay in the same place.

A great first visit to PR!

This property was right on the beach that allowed us to get daily views and walks. The kids also enjoyed the pool and the local restaurants. Staff was friendly and easy to engage. We were able to take advantage of some fantastic PR sightseeing experiences and enjoyed learning the history and connecting with the local community. We are very much looking forward to coming back in the future!

This rental was spacious for my family of four. The two bathrooms was a great plus. Having a parking included was convenient. The location was good. Right across from Walgreens and so many food options. We gad a wonderul time. The only thing is it could definitely use some upgrades. But i would definitely stay here again.

The View

Pros: Host is very responsive The view is amazing Right next to the beach Close to airport Cons: Place needs a lot of updates Fridge has rust all over it Washer and dryer aren’t working AC was not working (host did bring in 3 individual units but we had to adjust our plans to make sure we were there to receive them) Once the AC was fixed, there was an odor coming from the vents as if the air filter hasn’t been changed in forever The toilet seat is wobbly The bathroom faucet is very loose which causes leaking all over the counter that spills onto the floor Please bring shower shoes as it terribly needs to be re-tiled and the soap scum is very real The beach chairs are extremely warn and almost fell through when testing it out The dining room chair that was mentioned in a previous post has not been fixed and someone almost fell again and could have been severely hurt. Blackout on the last day. Definitely not in the control of the host but wish there were spare flashlights and additional batteries available. So be sure to keep everything charged as you never know when a blackout will hit. Overall, it’s ok for a very short stay but wouldn’t choose this place again.
