While there is plenty of space to explore, we kindly ask that you respect the privacy of long-term tenants in the third house by observing the posted “Private Property” signs.

We recommend arriving by car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful Finger Lakes. As you already know, we offer free parking at the property.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them. If you bring a pet, there will be a $300 fine, and you will be required to remove the pet immediately.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of at least $500 for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

★ SECURITY★
There are security cameras pointing at the driveways. We respect the privacy of our guests and only check the cameras if there is a concern.

★VIOLATION FEES★
Smoke Removal Fee: $600.
Violating our no party rule can result in immediate eviction without a refund and an additional $500 clean up fee
