2Bd/2Ba with Double Porches, Large Landscaped Yard!
Island Breeze is a fabulous location for this 2Bd/2Ba stilt home in the desirable Venture Out Community on Cudjoe Key. Features a 21' Concrete Seawall with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and located on a 60' wide canal. Situated on an oversized lot with a patio surrounded by tropical gardens creating lots of privacy between neighbors, it's like living on an Island away from it all! Covered parking and 12 x 12 storage room plus two upper decks facing east and west for great orientation and open air breezes.

Venture Out charges a registration fee upon entry of $125.00, payable at the gate upon arrival. When you arrive at Venture Out , you will go to the Venture Out Office (or the Guard Gate if it is after hours) to pay the fee and to receive your parking pass. Cash or CC only is accepted for this fee.
OVERFLOW PARKING IS NOT GUARANTEED. IT IS A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE LOT AND CANNOT BE RESERVED AHEAD OF TIME.

Unit needs maintenance

View (over the stagnant water with trash can lids and trash ) was good. Pool was great. Decor in unit was Floridian but many things need attention. Blinds on double doors were majorly broken as were those in the second bedroom, floors were dirty, grill and oven didn’t heat well at all, master bed was ok, but second bedroom bed was awful, kitchen chairs and deck chairs were broken and tables unlevel—we left a list on the table in the unit. Hallway bathtub had a hole where the spigot should be. We love the community, but this unit definitely needs major attention. Emails from property manager while timely seemed snippy and unconcerned. Especially when it was 90 degrees there and the a/c quit.

Mediocre Rental

Submitted to Property Manager a list of several problems with this property. There's a general condition of neglect. Should be re assed before rental. Deck is rotting and is a potential liability especially if small children are involved. Would not consider renting this property again under present condition.Entry door would not lock from outside, screen door laying on porch, laundry alcove door off track, patio table falling apart, barbecue very rusted, low water pressure in kitchen sink.

Great week

The trip and location were great. Checkin was a struggle but the management company was right on it. As for the unit make sure you ask about locking the door. It needs attention as well as a few things in the unit. There was not water spigot in the bathtub so no taking a bath. Just showers. The unit was clean and beds were comfy. Just a little repairs in areas but otherwise was good unit. The door not locking right away was our big issue

Keys stay

Property is in need of some repairs and updates. Working blinds on the sliding door would be nice. Update kitchen and ceiling fans and lights to turn on and off with the wall switch. Some lights need to have new bulbs put in. Mattresses could stand to be replaced as well as the pillows. The water view was very nice.

Spectacular sun rises

A little small for 4 adults but great for 2. Very close to neighbors, friendly gated community made up of 50% RVs and 50% cottages. Nice common areas. Pool and jacuzzi were great for January. Large ocean water area was appreciated for swimming.

Four day stay

My wife and I enjoyed the view down the channel to the open water, especially during sunrise. This is a good central location for some great restaurants and activities.

Our trip

There were items that were listed in the pictures that were not on the property when we arrived. No outside swing or lawn furniture other than the table. Main bedroom bed frame was broken. Very low water pressure.

Excellent Property

Wonderful location. Beautiful view. Very clean. It was just was we needed for our stay. Conveniently located near Key West but allows you to spend time in the other Keys. Great restaurants close by.

Not recommend

The property not as described. Arrived late evening and realized it’s only for 4 people. Coach not a sleeper . Make sure not to bring more than a 17 ft boat as a 21 ft doesn’t fit. Unit was poorly supplied, not even salt was present. Not my favorite stay. Very aggravating

Venture Out charges a $125 registration fee upon arrival paid via cash or cc only. There is no boat trailer parking and the overflow lot for a 2nd vehicle is not guaranteed and is first come first serve and may not be reserved in advance.
Starting April 1st, AT&T will begin Operation Fiberoptic VO. Three teams will swarm the park in multiple locations. Please make sure your renters are aware that there will be park-wide construction. Potholes, noise, & wifi outage will be the norm. for 4-6 weeks, while they bring us up to date.
