This is one of our better VRBO stays. Our host was very communicative and on top of things. The home is in very good condition and we especially liked the bedding as it was very comfortable. I also liked the ability to use the garage for overnight parking, and I noticed a 50 amp outlet in the garage for EV charging if needed.

The house was perfect for what we needed. Linda was very responsive to our requests for a few essentials that were missing. She brought them over right away. That was really appreciated. The house was very clean and comfortable. A cute patio off the kitchen was great. We had a great stay.

The property was extremely clean and well appointed. Linda provided detailed instructions and was prompt with her responses. Overall it was a lovely spot for a quick weekend getaway.

A Cozy Place

My wife and I stayed at the home while visiting family. We looked for something in the area and off the strip.The home was accurately described in other reviews. The home is nicely decorated, was spotless and met our needs for our visit.

Perfect in every way

We were in Las Vegas for the Nascar Race with friends. The property was in a nice, quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Las Vegas. The house was very clean and cozy and just right for us. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the Las Vegas area.

An Awesome VRBO Property!

We were fortunate to "find" this property for our recent visit to Las Vegas. Linda's home is spotless and in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were so comfortable and the furnishings are tasteful. As former Vegas residents, we were thrilled with the location as it is close to several of our favorite restaurants. Yes - we hope to return in the future!

Clean Living

Our stay was very enjoyable! The place is super clean and set up very well. Comfortable beds in both bedrooms. The back patio porch was very relaxing and we grilled a couple of times. The neighborhood is quiet and easy access to freeways or stores. Linda, the host, was easy to work with. Would easily recommend this house.

Great property and host

This was my first VRBO stay and I was extremely impressed with both the house and the host. The house was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. There is an excellent security system in the home. It was in a very quiet neighborhood with light traffic, but still close enough to everything. I can't say enough about Linda, the host. She was always responsive and available to answer any questions and to correct any issues. She made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. Thank you Linda!

Excellent Stay in a Safe and Quiet Neighborhood

We enjoyed staying here very much. We couldn't believe how quiet it was, which was a key consideration for us. The neighborhood was safe too, which was also very important to us. The house was spotless and up to date. Whenever we come to Summerlin again, we will definately be looking to stay here!

Very nice place

The house was very nice place to stay while in Las Vegas. It is a bit far from the strip so you would need a rentel vehicle but you can park it in the garage. It was very clean and had everything we needed while in the house.

Great accommodations off the strip

We wanted to spend some extra time in the Las Vegas area off the strip and this house was a great find. We enjoyed the patio and it was nice having a garage to park the car. We would definitely recommend this property and would be happy to stay there again.

Coming home

Coming home: my family is from Las Vegas I lived here for five years in Green Valley Henderson Nevada we came for a family funeral and I really didn’t wanna stay in a hotel I could not have found a better place to stay hopefully I can stay here every time I come home to Vegas I live in Memphis Tennessee now I came with my wife our granddaughter a sister and brother-in-law I love the Mountain View the house and its amenities I really am hoping to stay here every time I come thank you so much Linda

great property in North Las Vegas for a small family

My son stayed at this 2 bedroom home for 12 days, while completing his flight training at the North Las Vegas Airport, only 10 minutes away. Family visited him over a weekend. This house is lovely and in a quiet residential neighborhood, with quick access to Summerlin and an easy commute down to the Strip. The house accommodations were perfect and easy settle right in. This is an exceptional value rental property.
