Located in a quiet neighborhood in University City near La Jolla, this quant private home was practically designed with all the comforts and amenities to make you feel right at home. Complete with 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, full kitchen, with a private fenced in backyard to take in San Diego's sunshine! Best yet, you're just a short drive from amazing restaurants, beaches, and local attractions.
Every Coast to Cactus home comes stocked with all the basics you will need to feel right at home. We provide: High speed Wifi, Smart TV with streaming capabilities, nicely appointed kitchens, complimentary coffee, bath essentials, and premium sheets, linens and towels. You'll also find a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent.
Kitchen Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen so you can stay a while. Complete with dishes and silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, filtered water system, and some small cooking essentials such as salt and pepper and oil.
Living Room The living room has a spacious sofa and flat screen TV connected to streaming services. Guests can log into their own streaming accounts.
Bedrooms - The home can accommodate 6 guests based on double occupancy in each bed. Master Bedroom: Queen Bed with full ensuite bathroom, workspace with desk. Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, workspace with desk. Bedroom 3: Queen Bed

1. Rental Agreement & Guest Screening: By moving forward with this reservation, a rental agreement must be signed by the primary guest. You give permission to the property manager to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm the reservation. Verification requires uploading a valid ID, Drivers License, or Passport, along with a self photo of the primary reservation holder. Confirmed reservations are conditional and may be cancelled pending verification results. 2. Check-in is at 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 11 am. You're welcome to request an early check in or late checkout, subject to availability. We are unable to confirm availability until 24 hours prior to arrival or departure. 3. Parties, events, or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9PM-9AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property. We are located in a residential community and, although this is a vacation destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and peaceful environment. 4. We do not allow smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises; including the use of e-cigarettes and marijuana. Those found in violation will incur a $250 cleaning fee. 5. Pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises, unless with written permission from your host. 6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events. 7. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure. 8. This property may have video surveillance in outdoor public spaces to ensure the safety and security of all guests. There are no cameras inside the home. Noise meters may also be present in and around the property to ensure quiet hours are followed. We will only receive a notification of a noise event if the noise decibel threshold is exceeded. Please try to keep the fun at a respectful decibel level during the day, but at night we ask for no loud noises after 9 pm — if this sounds like something that will not work for your group, our property might not be the right one for you. 9. Guests are prohibited from carrying or otherwise possessing a firearm at any time on property grounds, including carrying firearms in an open or concealed manner. This policy applies to all types of firearms. 10. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests you indicate on your reservation. Any additional guests or visitors must be approved by your host. 11. Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent. 12. Have fun, and please respect the home and host!

Excellent Property well located, nice neighborhood, great location!
I like to travel SD with my family, my three kids are teens, so a hotel is not an option, i decide to switch for this home instead...best decision, house seems to be recently renovated, spacious, clean and very, very comfortable. It has an amazing yard and several fruit trees, lemons, apples, etc…the property is well equipped with all you need for a stay, we cook almost daily and you need nothing other than your groceries….i will definitely will stay here aging and planning to stay longer, when there we visited La jolla, pacific heights, Del Mar, torrey pines, all of then in a short distance drive….i also loved it had nice clean public spaces close, several parks to run or stroll around….

Perfect San Diego Vacation Home
We thoroughly enjoyed the location of this home and all of the amenities! Checking in was easy and the communication was excellent when we had questions. Getting to the San Diego and the USS Midway Museum took less than 20 minutes and we loved being close to La Jolla as well. We wished we had more time to stay to explore Balboa Park, but hope to do that on a return trip. This home was big for our family of 3 and had comfy beds, a pretty backyard with a nice birdbath to watch birds in the a.m. and had what we needed to make breakfast each day. Grocery stores were close by, which was nice! Our family liked the living room furniture for watching movies as well after a full day of taking in the sites of San Diego. Thanks again for such a perfect vacation home!

Enjoyed our stay during a stressful time
We highly recommend this wonderful home. We stayed 3 weeks while our daughter had a serious surgery at UCSD Heath. The home had the most comfortable beds, a very well appointed kitchen with every tool and appliance needed. The back yard, with its circular pathway was perfect for her rehab. The neighborhood had a lovely park at the end of the street for practice walking. They were responsive to our notice of a sprinkler leak. And we ate fresh peaches from their multiple fruit tree. It couldn’t have been better during a stressful time for my family. Thank you

The house is older but has been updated, top end electronics, plenty of charging stations, great bedding, clean and a great Mid Century Modern look. The yard is well kept and the backyard was a gem, great for morning coffee. Some of the furniture was Ikea like but functional. I did wish they had a small book with instructions for the TV as we had to wonder through multiple menus to get it to work. If you are streaming savvy then you might not have an issue but I struggled, if you have apps and know how to log on remotely then it should not be an issue. Close to a neighborhood park, grocery nearby and access to the freeways.
