- BOOK NOW for Spring and Summer rental.. New living room furniture just added.Brand new, beautiful BEACHSIDE two bedroom, one bath apartment with private entrance four blocks to the beach! This rental is a brand new apartment with central air conditioning, washer, dryer, private outdoor space. The sleeping accommodations are for four people with 4 beach passes, chairs, umbrella included as well as a gas grill for cooking included.
Walking distance to the LIRR, bars, restaurants in the center of town
One week is the minimum required length of stay during the months of July and August. Available for monthly off season rentals beginning September 30. includes all utilities. Discount offered for monthly bookIng.
Monthly pricing available December through May. $3700/month

This was a great apartment. It is in the basement of an existing home, but was in great shape and had everything we need. The location is great. Just a short walk to bars, restaurants, and beach. Host was also great and checked in to make sure all was good.

Long Beach Stay

We had a nice stay at this VRBO apartment! The location was great—just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to go back and forth with the kids. The provided beach passes and chairs were a thoughtful touch that made our beach days even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable for our family of four. We’d stay here again!

Great property!

We had a great time. The host was wonderful and the place was very cozy. The restaurants and more were just a short walk, and so were the beach and boardwalk. We had a great stay!

Property was as described on website. Location is great. Near downtown with great restaurants and shopping. Walk to beach and boardwalk is great. Would stay there again.

PERFECT Beach Getaway

Joanne was extremely accommodating and friendly, this was the perfect location if you are looking for a beach vacation. Not only close to the beach but close to shopping and restaurants . Would absolutely stay here again. Joanne provided everything you could need for a great getaway.

Wonderful stag

Great property in a wonderful location. Joanne was a great host - attentive to requests, easy to communicate with and very friendly. This is a gem - close to the beach and great for families. We definitely plan to stay there again.

We booked to be in proximity to Jones Beach for Ryder Cup. Very happy with accommodations which are in a remodeled basement. Very good use of space. Had everything we needed for short visit. We parked right in front of property & were able to walk to several restaurants in area for happy hour & dinner. Beach & boardwalk are also only a short walk. Property has a back patio with chairs & a gas grill. We did not use during our stay. Landlord also had beach chairs available for our use which we didn’t need. Landlord lives on property & was very responsive.

We had a pleasant stay. The place was clean, with many kitchen amenities, a brand-new bathroom, ample space, and storage. The owner was superb at communicating. This is a semi-basement in which the owner lives upstairs. It has a private patio with a comfortable seating area. The owner also gave us beach accessories on a cart and passes. It is close to the beach (10-minute walk) and many restaurants. We took the LIRR (13-minute walk, 25 for a round-trip ticket) into the city. We had a great stay. Hopefully next time it will be warmer for the beach.

Relaxing and carefree

Come to the Beach!!!

The property was a very short walk to the beach.The manager provides you with an umbrella, beach chairs and a cart that they fit in to take to the beach.Perfect.The property is also a quick walk to the main street in Long Beach. There are lots of restaurants, bagel store, and a great ice cream store which has the best soft serve.

Great vacation spot for the family

My wife and I were in LB for a wedding and stayed some extra time with our kids (ages 3&4) visiting family and friends in the area. The apartment offered everything we needed (laundry, patio with grill, big updated kitchen) to be our home away from. Plus, the location is as good as it gets! Being south of the main drag means an easy walk to the beach, boardwalk, and playground we visited often, yet it’s still close to plenty of restaurants and the train in the center of town (not sure why you’d leave). Joanne was wonderful to work with before and during our stay. All around you can’t go wrong here!

Nice Rental for Long Beach

The property is a converted basement, back of the house apartment (not uncommon in the area). The setup is good if you do not expect to dine in. The eating area is a counter top with three chairs. The living room area and kitchen are one open space- the living room is comfortable for handing out, the kitchen is decently equipped and everything works. The back yard is as pictured. A nice bonus is 4 beach passes so you do not have to deal with that. The walk to the beach is five minutes and it is convenient to shopping and eating out.
