We prioritize seamless communication through the booking platform for the fastest response. Although we are based in Phoenix and not on-site, we’re always available to answer any questions promptly and will keep you updated on your reservation via the platform, text and email. Check-in information will be sent out the day of your arrival through the booking platform, text, and email. Our thorough and proactive communication ensures you have the best possible experience, making it easy for you to focus on enjoying your stay. We understand that sometimes guests may want to check in early or check out late to accommodate their travel plans. However, due to our high occupancy rate and the need for thorough cleaning between guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs.

If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please consider booking the night before your intended early check-in or the day after your intended late check-out. This way, you can secure the additional time you need for a smooth transition.

***PET POLICY***
While we love pets, they are not allowed at this property. If we are made aware of a pet on the property and it was not communicated to us before the reservation we will automatically charge a $500 fee upon check out.

There are 4 exterior cameras that are pointed at all entrance points for the safety and security for guests and our property.

***Dish & Kitchen Cleanliness Policy***
Guests are required to load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher before checkout. Please avoid leaving an excessive amount of dishes in the sink or on the counter, as this creates extra work for our cleaning team. While it’s fine to leave a few items, the sink and counters should not be left full of dirty dishes. Guests who leave excessive messes may be charged an additional $50 cleaning fee.
