Espectacular vista en Crescent Beach, Siesta Key florida. Esta unidad tercera planta se encuentra directamente en el Golfo de México. Disfrute de las vistas panorámicas desde la sala de estar, dormitorio principal, dormitorio de invitados. Esta unidad es de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños y es 1300 sq. Ft. King, 2 dobles, calefacción / aire acondicionado central. Cuenta con una gran cocina, totalmente equipada, lavavajillas, nevera, cocina, área de escritorio. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size. El dormitorio de invitados con 2 camas individuales. Hay una gran terraza con pantalla y arrastrando la ventana de cristal para que pueda relajarse y disfrutar de una impresionante puesta de sol al día. Hay una sala de lavandería fuera de la cocina. La unidad cuenta con televisores de pantalla plana, 3 dvd, equipo de música, contestador automático. También hay wi-fi en la unidad para su disfrute. Disfrute de su estancia en la unidad 5 Sur y que sus vacaciones sean de su más memorable. Esta unidad está bien mantenido y bien cuidado. Island House tiene una longitud piscina completa, sala de recreación, mesas de billar, ping pong, air hockey, juego de tejo. Canchas de tenis están a corta distancia y por supuesto hay un montón de campos de golf en la zona. También hay muchos restaurantes, tiendas y un montón de actividades para personas de todas las edades. Ven a compartir en nuestro paraíso !!

We had several cockroaches in our condo (5 of them) that had to be killed and removed. The front door has a huge gap between the flooring and door where bugs can get in easily. The lanai doors were very hard to open. The condo’s location is absolutely beautiful. The furniture and linens could be upgraded as they are showing their age. Management was helpful, and we enjoyed our stay! The view from 12S!

Loved the location, steps away from the beach. Very quiet at night. Unit was spacious, Very large master bedroom, smaller guest room, two beds in guest room, Two bathrooms. 10 Minute walk from limited restaurants at Stickney Point, could drive or shuttle to town where most of the restaurants and better selection were. Two reserved parking spots for the unit. About a 20 min walk on the beach to get to Public Siesta Key beach, which had a nice take out bar, and fast food, and a bunch of tables to sit at and watch the gulf and people. Went every day, such a friendly place, spoke with different people every day. Traffic was pretty bad from 3-6 every day, want to avoid driving anywhere during that time.

Recently we have been disappointed in the loud music on the beach. It clearly states in the rules that this is not allowed. When we complained to management, nothing was done. Good sized lanai, good sized condo, well stocked kitchen but would have liked dish detergent to be provided. The windows are showing their age and rattled loudly in the wind. Some of them did not have any latches and we crafted some shims to keep them closed tightly. I would have liked a peep hole in the front door. The ceiling fans that we used were quiet. The toilet in the master bathroom had a loud screech and we kept having to reach in and "fix" the problem. The morning that we left we discovered that the AC wasn't working and the thermostat needed new batteries. I stopped by the office on our way out, but the man "running" the office didn't seem to care, and told me the office was closed. All of the small issues aside, I would visit here again as I took all of this in stride and was flexible with it, but the unit could use some attention.

Easy to rent, stay, and pack up and leave! Great location with million dollar views. Unit was a little dated but it fit our needs. We had Thanksgiving dinner while admiring the ocean view!

WOW - But I shouldn't say more...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If we say how awesome this place was, then it will be harder to book for us in the future! But the truth is this was one of the nicest vacations we have had. The view was astounding. Perfect level on the 3rd floor to see the whole beach and not see any neighbors in a deck next to you! The unit is huge and the views continue into the bedrooms too. Wifi worked great and there was a small desk area in the modern big kitchen so I could do some work. Being here it was difficult to do any work however. We walked to Siesta Key Beach, but don't worry the sand and water at Cresent Beach is the same and it is much more private. Use the chairs and lounges from the resort and just drag them out to your spot for the day. Parking was awsome. Close to plenty of restaurants too. This is probably the best unit at the resort! We have found our annual home on Siesta Key, no need to look any farther.

Reviewer Comments: My family and I have been staying at the property for over 10 summers. Overall the property is well maintained and clean. We enjoy the spacious rental units and the close proximity to the beach. This year we stayed in 5S which is one of the towers facing the beach. We have stayed in a variety of these units before and realize these are each condominium units that have been renovated or furnished at the owner's preference. The Unit that we stayed in (5S) however, the furnishings were very outdated and dirty. The a/c vents were also filled with black mold stains which I imagine are hazardous to your health. Overall, I was satisfied with the property but not with this specific unit which has some deferred maintenance.

Really needs updating

Condo really needs work. Master bedroom mattress is shot and the linens are thin and old. When we pulled back the comforter it had huge bleach stains all over it. The living room furniture is old, cream colored leather and is uncomfortable and ugly. The laini is not great. Most of the furniture was broken and it had screens and glass that you could open but they only opened on the ends and only enough room for one chair to sit in front of the opening. If you want to just look through the glass you couldn’t because the glass was so dirty you couldn’t see clearly through it. So as a result we didn’t sit on the laini at all. The posting says the laundry room is in a room off of the kitchen which is untrue. It is outside of the condo in a hallway that connects all the condos on that floor. A pain when you have other renters on the floor that just leaves their wash in the washer and dryer for hours like we did. The master bedroom toilet wouldn’t flush very well and the master bathroom window is old and rattled and whistled so bad that we had to shut the bathroom door every night so we could sleep. Unlike the other condo complexes around it, they do not put away their chairs each night and clean their beach front. A lot of their chairs had mold/discoloration on them and were broken. We had a lot of problems with our front door key so they changed our door handle but did it when we were gone one day and left our condo unlocked with my purse on the table by the door all day. We thought that was a real lack of communication. Overall, for the price they are wanting to rent it for there are better places out there and we will be looking elsewhere for next year.

GREAT!!

The condo had a great view of the ocean, Just open your eyes during the night from bed in the master bedroom and you can see the moon over the ocean. Breakfast on the patio was great. Place was very clean and had all the amenities. Everything was great. Would definitely return.
