Unwind in paradise at Sea Shell Condominiums. Our beachfront vacation rentals sit directly on the renowned Crescent Beach in Siesta Key, Florida. With its soft white sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters, this beach is ideal for swimming, biking, jogging, or just soaking up the sun.
This centrally-located condo eliminates the need for a car. Just across the street from the south village , you'll find various restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops, bars offering live music, grocery and drug stores.

MASTER BEDROOM & BATHROOM : King size bed, ceiling fan, dresser, two night stands and walk in closet. New TV. Updated Bathrooms.

GUEST BEDROOM & BATHROOM : 2 Queen size beds , ceiling fan, dresser, night stand and walk in closet. New TV. Bathroom with bathtub with shower head

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: appliances, Keurig & Regular drip coffee maker, dinnerware, flatware set, pots and pans.

BABY ITEMS: portable baby seat, pack and play, sheets and sand toys

BEACH items: beach umbrella and towels, cooler and plastic plates and cups

PARKING: 1 spot . if you need a second spot there is a public parking next to the building ( exit 12) or you can obtain 2nd car pass in the management office for additional fee.

KEYS: there is no need to carry key around, we have a digital lock.

SUPPLIES: We provide initial supplies:
soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet and kitchen paper towels, sponges. Linens and towels are provided.

NEED 2nd UNIT ? If you travel with friends and family , no problem. Please let us know and can connect you with the owner of the 2nd unit which is located on the upper or the same floor.

RULES: MUST BE 25 YO TO BOOK. No smoking or vaping. no pets.
Insurance is highly recommended.

We are the owners and love our place. We hope to provide you with the best service and hope you come back!

Move in / Move out day is Saturday. If you would like to stay for less than 7 nights, please check with us .
5% discount if you stay for a month!

The condo was crisp clean and the kitchen had all you needed to cook. ( Of course if you use spices other than sault/pepper bring your own) . Also loungers were available for guests to use at the private beach just steps from the condo. The pool is on the smaller size but with heated water, but to us the beach was what mattered . Private access and very clean beach . Zoya is very responsive to address any issues you might have ( i value this a lot) . Wold definitely recommend

Fantastic stay

Absolutely loved my stay again. I like to travel alone. The location is amazing, just a few steps from the beach, which made it super convenient to pop over any time of day. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to cook , which was a huge plus. The host is fantastic—very responsive and helpful with any questions . will definitely be back again!

Perfect Beachfront Getaway

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and cannot recommend it enough! The apartment was perfect—spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was unbeatable, with the beach right behind the building, chairs and umbrellas provided. Plus, there were great restaurants just a short walk away across the street. The host was fantastic—extremely responsive and attentive to any questions or requests we had. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and we would definitely return. If you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway with all the amenities and conveniences, this is the perfect spot!

Great spot in SK!

We had such a great time at the beach and the pool! Both are very easy to walk on and I use a crutch to get around. It was easy to walk to the Crescent Market, Meaney’s Donuts and Captain Curt’s. The condo was very clean and well stocked. I had a couple questions for the owners and they answered very quickly and even called me. Zoya was very sweet. My only complaint is about the beds. They are way too firm and could use mattress pads. Other than that, we loved it!

Good location / Needs a new cleaning company

The property was in an excellent location and was good amount of space. However, the property was not at all clean. I had to clean the bathrooms when I arrived. The rings around the toilets tell me they had not been cleaned in months. There was grime in every corner and every drawer. There was no automatic ice machine. The biggest issue was the small hot water tank. It was half the normal size. When our family came in from the beach, we had to space out our showers to allow time for the water to heat up. The owner was really nice and responded quickly to questions. I’m sure with an adjustment to the cleaning issue and maybe a new water tank the property would be an A+.

Great getaway

Have been staying at sea shell for over 6 years. Try to venture into a new apartment every year. Staying this year in Apt 404 was a delight. Alex and Zoya were great in answering questions. Apartment was just as pictured in VRBO. Would definitely go back to this apartment.

April in Siesta Key

We enjoyed are 3 week stay. The unit was perfectly located, a quick 3 minute walk to the beach. Everything we needed was close by. We will be back in Siesta Key next year!

Clean and great location

The entire stay was great and we enjoyed our time on Siesta Key. The owners were super responsive and made the check in/out super easy!! Loved that the condo was very clean and you're only steps from the beach.

WONDERFUL!!

The owner Zoya responds quickly to your questions. She was wonderful to work. The location is phenomenal! Condo was very clean, ceiling fans located in all rooms are great to circulate the air. You are steps away to the beautiful beach! Everything you need is across the street. Grocery store, coffee shops, gift shops, great restaurants. Captain Curt's was our favorite. We did not rent a car, took the trolley to the village and uber whenever needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Perfect location on the beach

This condo is on the beach but not beach front. You can see the beach from the master bedroom as there is a porch which is nice. The bedrooms were large and the bathrooms were a little small but it was fine. It is very clean. The tvs are large in both bedrooms and the living room. We enjoyed our stay very much even though it was cut short by the hurricane. Overall 5 stars!
