Perfect weekend getaway

The place is exactly as described. Very clean and well stocked. The AC works great and the hot tub is refreshing. It’s about a half mile walk to the public beach entrance. My only advice to future renters: download the check-in information before you arrive (the cell service is really bad there, so you’ll need the wifi to do anything). Also, if you’re planning to use the sofa bed, bring your own blankets. What’s provided is not sufficient for an adult.

Cute dog friendly cottage

Darling little cottage just a couple blocks from the ocean. Owner was extremely responsive to questions (within minutes) and checked in on me unsolicited to make sure everything was ok. Surprise hot tub on the deck was a nice addition!

Adorable Cottage with Easy Walk to Beach

We had a fabulous time! The cottage was immaculate and very aesthetically pleasing (great decor choices.) It was a quick, pretty walk to the beach with our 2yo in the wagon. Carl was a wonderful host; he was kind and very responsive. The back deck was a great feature and we were surprised with a hot tub! Overall, great location and very quiet spot to have a quick getaway.

First Time to Cape Cod

This was our first visit to Cape Cod. We had plans for a whale watching tour out of Plymouth and wanted to spend a day driving the length of the cape all the way up to Provincetown exploring. This location was perfect for both. Was also an easy drive to Hyannis. Small unit but comfortable for two people. Located close to numerous other cottages, but never had an issue with noise from other units. The host was very responsive to questions.

A true hidden gem!

This rental is perfect for two people traveling to the Cape who wish for a clean & updated place to stay. Booking was easy and convenient. Carl was extremely communicative and checked in throughout the stay. The cottage is updated with all of the amenities you could ask for; mini-split system to ensure a cool house to get back to after being at the beach, hot tub surrounded by a high private fence, and a decent size living space. If all you need is a convenient and comfortable place to rest your head at night after being out and about all day, this really is a perfect cottage. Close to the beach, convenience stores and several restaurants. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Great Cottage in a Great Location

Great little cottage, near the beach, very clean. Quiet neighborhood. The owner was beyond attentive and took care of every need. I will stay here again.

Relaxing cottage

Carl was an outstanding host, checking in with me a couple of times to make sure everything was up to standard. The cottage itself is small, but comfortable, with a nice private deck. It's in a great neighborhood to walk with beautiful salt marshes and the beach within 10 minutes.

5/5 Star Cottage!

We had a wonderful visit and the Green Anchor Cottage was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day visiting friends on the Cape. It was a short walk to the beach through a nice neighborhood with beautiful scenery. Even though the cottage is in close proximity to other cottages, it was quiet and safe. Carl is a superb host and I plan to book again for our next visit.

East Sandwich Cottage

What a great little getaway to recharge myself. First time to the Cape. This little cottage is walking distance to the beach, a convenience store, book store and a nice Irish-style pub. The property manager was awesome. Checking in to make sure my needs were being met with the property and helping me extend my stay for another two days with VRBO. I'll be back. Thanks Carl for contributing to my first Cape Cod experience.

Wonderful

Awesome location just a couple minutes from the beach. Beautifully renovated and up to date. Clean and comfortable. We loved the pull out couch to stretch our legs and watch tv. The fire pit out on the deck was also very nice. Bed was super comfy and the shower was lovely with great water pressure. We had everything we needed. It’s a small cottage among 7 others but we had plenty of privacy. The owner was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Definitely recommend this place when visiting the Cape!

Small & Mighty

My husband and I celebrated our one year wedding anniversary and my 40th birthday. Due to our busy NYC lifestyle with work being a priority, this was the perfect getaway for us and our pups! The cottage is small but mighty, as it had everything we needed and more! It is a 5-minute walk to the beach and the perfect location to get around different parts of the cape! Carl was very communicative and checked in to see if we needed anything, but again, we had everything we needed! I highly recommend you stay here!
