The adjacent fully stocked kitchen boasts high-end finishes and stainless appliances, providing ample space for culinary adventures and entertaining guests. The kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee maker so be sure to bring your favorite grounds with you! Just off the kitchen area you'll find a spacious covered deck complete with a large dining table, several rocking chairs, and a gas grill (propane provided!).

The master suite, located just off the kitchen on the main level, offers a king size bed, flat screen TV, access to the deck, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a large tiled shower. Down one level you'll find 3 additional bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a twin-over-queen bunk bed. One of the queen bedrooms has a private bathroom and the other two bedrooms will share a full bathroom in the hall. This level also offers access to a deck, again complete with ample seating options! Head down one more level to find the billiards room. This level offers a queen size sleeper sofa for guests to utilize, as well as another full bathroom and flat screen TV.

When night falls, gather around the fire pit outside for s'mores and stories under the starry sky. A perfect way to make the best memories with friends and family! Conveniently located between Boone and Blowing Rock, this home offers easy access to a myriad of outdoor activities, from hiking and biking to skiing and snowboarding. Additional Notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- This property is NOT pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months.
- Parking for a maximum of 5 vehicles.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
