This 2nd floor apartment is on the Bryan-side of campus, making it convenient to all things Bryan AND College Station. It boasts the most comfortable King sized beds. Relax on your mid-century modern sofa and enjoy the 50" SmartTV. With a full kitchen and a balcony, this unit has everything for a fun stay in Aggieland.

- This is a very mixed neighborhood: there are grad students, undergrads, and community of Bryan residents in a colorful mix of races, ethnic backgrounds and socioeconomic status with multi-million dollar student high rises next door to community housing
- As this unit is very near campus, it is also near the train tracks that divide east and west campus

Walk straight down the road for 8 minutes and you run right into the Texas A&M campus. And you can literally see Kyle Field from the road out front. One turn and your on Welborn drive with easy access to downtown Bryan or Hwy 6 south to Santa’s Wonderland. Easy access to virtually anywhere in Bryan/College Station.

Perfect Weekend Spot

My daughter and I stayed one night for her new student conference. Location to campus and other restaurants is perfect. 3 minute drive to campus. Beds were very comfortable. The space was clean (cleanest fridge I have ever seen in a rental) we had no issues with noise or neighbors. Comfortable stay and great communication with hosts!

Great spot for attending A&M sports events

We were in town for a weekend baseball series. We came across the Denali listing and it looked perfect for us. It is conveniently located to all the sporting venues as well as a variety of restaurants. The unit was clean and comfortable. We especially liked that the two bedrooms both had king sized beds. Being very tall, I liked that the shower head was on the higher side. The check-in and check-out process was very straightforward. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for the occasion

Great location for quick drive to Texas A &M campus. Clean. Comfortable beds. It’s on the 2nd floor if you don’t mind walking up/down about 17 stairs.

Recommended location

The space was perfect for our short stay needs. The exterior and area was in a older nieghborhood, but you would know once you were inside! The space was clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything else was a bonus. We would stay here again if we were back in the area.

Perfect Place!

I just moved to Bryan, TX for a new job and stayed here while I was apartment hunting and getting settled in. It was the perfect place to call home base for the week and the host, Randal, was SO attentive and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

Amazingly Swift Property!

This property was amazing. This was our first time getting our own place with lots of personal space and the look and feel was super homey! Mr. Randal and his wife are amazing host; everything was in order and the bedding was phenomal as well! We really enjoyed the overall tidiness and quietness. Definitely 100/10!!

This property was fabulous! The king size beds were extremely comfortable, the A/C worked great (it was hot and muggy outside, but inside was nice and cool). Great location, with a short drive to A & M for our contests. We were able to come back each day to rest amd relax in between contests. It was the perfect size for us. Couch was comfortable and the kids enjoyed watching the TV.

Cute and Convenient

We stayed the weekend to attend a concert at Kyle Field. The location is very convenient. We walked to Kyle Field before and after the concert. Along the way is a a place called “The Spot” where we stopped to have a drink on our way there and again on our way back. The place is very nice and clean. The rooms are big and the closets are spacious. The beds are very comfy as well. Great communication with our hosts. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

I became an Air Force Officer and we raised our 5 kids while moving around the country/world. We settled back in Bryan just over 5 years ago and started as AirBnB Superhosts. We like to consider ourselves as “inn keepers” and do everything we can to take great care of our guests. To date, we've hosted over 1,700 guests. Relationships are the best part of AirBnB. Our properties are dedicated to guest enjoyment, with huge TVs, great beds, and interesting design.
