This first floor 2-bedroom apartment is walking distance to Kyle Field, the A&M Campus, and is just a few blocks away from Northgate restaurants and bars. Each bedroom has a comfy King bed and the living room boasts a leather sectional, a genuine Barcelona chair, and a 50-inch TV. With included WiFi, you are ready to stream from your favorite entertainment apps. Located just off Wellborn, right on the border between Bryan and College Station. Close to EVERYTHING in Bryan/College Station!

1.4 miles to Kyle Field
- This is a very mixed neighborhood: there are grad students, undergrads, and community of Bryan residents in a colorful mix of races, ethnic backgrounds and socioeconomic status with multi-million dollar student high rises next door to community housing
- As this unit is very near campus, it is also near the train tracks that divide east and west campus

Walk straight down the road for 8 minutes and you run right into the Texas A&M campus. And you can literally see Kyle Field from the road out front. One turn and your on Welborn drive with easy access to downtown Bryan or Hwy 6 south to Santa’s Wonderland. Easy access to virtually anywhere in Bryan/College Station.

Great location next to campus. Close to multiple restaurants, etc. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Hosts were very proactive with information. Definitely recommend.

Perfect Spot!

My daughter and I in town for freshman orientation, Randy & Kelly’s place was perfect for our 2-night visit. Super close to everything on campus, tons of food & grocery options close by. The condo was comfortable, clean, and most of all the communication with Randy made it all so simple. Thank You!!

Difficult for 80 year old to use computer checkin because of lack of my knowledge.

It was clean, quiet, and had good parking. It also had a very nice kitchen. I found it difficult to use the TV because of my lack of skills with technology. This also made it difficult to get to different instructions onphone. phone

Aggie Football Game Visit

We had a pleasant stay at this property. The host was great with communication, making sure all our questions were answered promptly and did a great job providing lots of information well in advance of our arrival. The property can be a bit tricky to locate because some of the building numbers are hard to see, so I would recommend arriving while it's still light out if possible. This was the first property I’ve stayed at that didn’t have a keypad entry, so be sure to keep track of the physical key. We temporarily got locked out after misplacing it in our rental car. If you require ADA accommodations, the unit is on the first floor, which is helpful, but be aware that the kitchen and living areas can be a bit tight to navigate. One thing to note is that when we arrived, the cleaning crew had used a lot of deodorizers, which made the unit smell overwhelmingly of cleaning products. We had to open the windows to air it out, but the windows don’t have screens, so we couldn’t leave them open too long without letting in mosquitos. Once we settled in, the space was comfortable, relatively quiet, and the occasional passing train was not disturbing. We also appreciated how close the property is to the A&M campus, which was very convenient for us. Overall, a nice stay with a few minor inconveniences.

Our family and I stayed at Kelly’s Cove and loved it. It’s vibe is very much home. The entire place is super clean and and bed are so comfy! We felt safe and were close to everything. We will definitely be back again!

Great stay in updated apt. Had plenty of items for our stay (toilet paper, towels, coffee, sweeteners, extra blankets, etc)!! Great AC. Great showerhead. Ceiling fans. Soft bed with the softest linens!!! Great hosts with fast response!!

Recently awarded by AirBnB "10 time Superhost" status, my wife, Kelly, and I were both born and raised in Bryan/College Station. We dated while at Texas A&M and married right after graduation. I became an Air Force Officer and we raised our 5 kids while moving around the country/world. We settled back in Bryan just over 5 years ago and started as AirBnB Superhosts. We like to consider ourselves as “inn keepers” and do everything we can to take great care of our guests. To date, we've hosted over 1,700 guests. Relationships are the best part of AirBnB. Our properties are dedicated to guest enjoyment, with huge TVs, great beds, and interesting design.
