This gorgeous 3rd floor oceanfront one bedroom suite has a new leather queen sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV along with living room ceiling fan. Closer to the north end property elevator. Enjoy family style eating with a large kitchen table and fully equipped kitchen. The Walk-in shower and king size bed in the bedroom make for the perfect suite for you. On site front desk to check you in, housekeeping and maintenance staff should you need anything. NO PETS ALLOWED IN CONDO #325 Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Our suite was immaculate and filled with conveniences, the view of the beach (sunrise!!) spectacular, and the staff friendly and helpful. We loved walking on the beach and relaxing by the pool. Can also recommend the ice cream place right across the street. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! We'll definitely be back next year.

Our only complaint is the shower. It was difficult to regulate the temperature of the water. It was either very hot or cold. The handle was difficult to turn. It took about 5 min for the water to get hot and then it was too hot to shower. Turning it to a comfortable temp lasted about a min and then it was cold. The day we left it never got hot so we couldn’t shower.

No complaints with them. Won’t stay in this condo again.
