Directamente en el centro en el tercer piso, esta suite con balcón está en el punto ideal. La vista desde el sofá es todo lo que necesitas para ser feliz cuando visites la playa. Este condominio ofrece una cómoda cama queen en el gabinete de la cama Murphy detrás del sofá. Hay un ventilador de techo y un televisor de pantalla plana de 37 "para su disfrute. La cocina está totalmente equipada con una estufa y horno de 4 quemadores, junto con todas las demás comodidades de cocina que pueda necesitar. Would not recommend for health reasons

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rooms in this building need major maintenance. I was moved from the first room i booked due to the presence of black mold along the ceiling in the bedroom, moldy dank smell in the room and probably more mold i didnt see. Second room appeared better upon initial inspection but later found out it also has a smell, just less, and it was due to the AC unit leaking on the floor so much that the entire bedroom floor stayed damp. I kept the ac running while i was there to keep the temp down so it wouldnt grow into mold during the day with the heat and just slept in the living room on the murphy bed with the patio door open. The only good thing about this place is the location to beach drive in access and the view from the room. I honestly would have and should have just left and got a different room somewhere else, even if it was not as good of a location. With some work, these units COULD be something special. There were other issues but this was the major one for me so for now, id skip.

Complex and staff were great ...very friendly, helpful and place was very clean. We cooked a couple of meals and ate in but ate out at a few local great places as well ...best firework show of my life and that was free ...certainly will be returning again !

The unit was the best one we have ever had for sure. it was updated nicnly. we stayed a week and there was plenty of space. We found the entire staff to be very frindly and helpful. That helped make our stay very enjoyable. We tend to stay on property and cook most of our meals. It's always challanging to get a good equiped kithchen to do that. That was the most challanging for us. The units cooking equioment could have been better but I would rate it as better than most. It seemed like everything in the unit was updated but the stove. still a wire buner electric wobbily burner stove. The supplies that beachers offered and the daily house keeping was outstanding. Agint the staff helping to make this a great stay.

We had plenty of room, the views are awesome and so is the beach! We had a small problem with tv, they quickly replaced the tv with a new bed was very comfortable and i will return! Also area has lots of stuff to do! Staff was great!

Sliding door would not lock, DVD player did not work, coffee pot leaked when pouring, outdoor furniture was not as pictured but rather cheap plastic chairs.

Reviewer Comments: The bedding and towels were nice quality, unit was clean, except for the floors. I wished I had a black pair of socks for comfort. Between the sand and the seaside moisture, it was yucky to walk on. The wifi was unusable, and I was unable to plan our day trips, or check the weather, as the location had poor cell service to boot, as it is rather remote. There were turtles and rabbits in the dunes, which was very cute!

We loved our stay at Beaches. It surpassed our expectations. The price for an ocean front condo was reasonable. The room was clean. Coffee was provided in the room AND in the lobby. The balcony was private and there was an elevator. PERFECT - we will be back. We stayed in room 315

The living room T.V. was a problem. The staff tried to fix the T.V. AND did so on the first time. But the T.V. kept changing remotes on its own and changing to T.V. on demand. Not a deal breaker!! Over all very nice.

We LOVE Beacher's Lodge

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Beacher's this year. We love the location, the cleanliness, the beach access, the pool. It's just a great place. The rooms are SMALL, and my husband just decided to sleep on the couch, rather than pull down the murphy bed, while my daughter and I shared the bedroom. This unit did not have a toaster oven in it. We prefer to use a toaster over rather than a regular oven. We made the unit work for our family of 3, two adults and one teenager, but I wouldn't recommend it for a family of four. It would be way to tight. This was also our first time staying on the third floor and I prefer the 4th floor for the beach views. The unit was clean and well kept. The location is in a more serene part of A1A, and not close to a lot of shops and restaurants. BUT it is super close to Viola's Restaurant which is one of our favorites, the pizza and pasta are amazing. We had pizza to go one night and dined in another, the food is that good. If you are looking for great beach access, awesome views in a quaint environment Beacher's Lodge is the place for you. We will be coming back.

Beach views!

This location is great for beach views, and flexibility. A bit small for more than two people. A little musty however that’s to be expected at the beach. Would stay again
