➤ Is the house good for remote workers?
We have high-speed wifi throughout the home so if you need to get some work done, connectivity shouldn’t be an issue.

➤ Is the pool and gym private?
Guests have access to two community pools, tennis courts (rackets provided) and a fitness center, all close to the home. They are only used by owners and guests of the community, with no public access, so they don’t get crowded!

➤ Is the area safe?
Incredibly safe - there are a ton of families in the neighborhood, everybody is very friendly, and it's great for kids.

•Only 2 cars MAXIMUM are allowed to park in the community.
• HOA will tow vehicles parked improperly; use designated spots only. ( 2 spots available)
• Clubhouse access cards must be left at checkout; a $30 fee applies for lost cards.
• Smoking/vaping indoors will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM. No parties or events are allowed.
• We recommend you purchase travel insurance, to protect you in the event of plans changing or inclement weather affecting your trip.
•We are not able to accept mail or packages at our property and cannot be held responsible for missing or undelivered mail. Please do not ship anything to our home during your stay.
•Some amenities are subject to availability and seasonality outside our control, such as maintenance and inclement weather. We will do our best to notify guests of any amenity availability impacts as soon as we are made aware.

•Cleaning is available during your stay for an additional charge of $200. Payment is required before scheduling mid-stay cleanings.

•Upon check out if the home has a smoke or marijuana smell we reserve the right to charge up to a $500 fee to remove smoke smells. We also reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fees if deemed necessary by our cleaning team to keep our home in good condition for future guests. By reserving this property you agree that you have read and understand all of our house rules.
