Mountain View Guesthouse

Enjoy a true taste of Williamson Valley with expansive views of Granite Mountain and our horses out your back window. This cozy and modern Guesthouse on our 13 acre ranch makes great use of 834 sf of living space. The property backs up to state land. It’s a beautiful countryside setting, away from it all, yet only 20 minutes to Courthouse Square. Traveling with horses? We have stabling (as space permits).
The space
With a king bed and a small twin sleeper chair in the main bedroom, two adult length twin beds in the bunk room (access through the main bedroom), plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room - there are a few options for your family sleeping arrangements. We normally accommodate up to 4 people, but there is sleeping space for a mix of adults and children up to 7 people by special request. There are additional charges for more than 4 in your party. Bear in mind it is a small cottage, set up family style, without a ton of privacy. There is a full sized kitchen, dining space, living area, separate bathroom sections and small-scale stacking laundry. Everything you need in a compact and well-planned guesthouse.
Guest access
We offer a walking/bridle path trail that encircles our two adjacent properties on 13 acres, as well as a Sports Court with a basketball hoop and short net games like pickleball. These amenities are shared by several other guest homes and spaces on the properties as well as by the owners and their family.

You may bring 1 dog but there is a $75 pet fee. When you enter the number of guests on your registration, please add the pet you are bringing.

For others, please note that our Guesthouse is directly adjacent to our horse barn and corrals. You should expect to hear the horses making noises, smell barn odors when you are outside, and experience other types of farm sights/sounds/smells. If this does not appeal to you, please don't book the Guesthouse.

Mid-stay housekeeping fee (required for bookings of more than 10 days) $50

Pet fee: $75 for 1 dog, pet guest fee is for house privileges, and doesn't cover excess cleaning/accidents/dog poop

-Lost/missing remotes (TV Roku, Fans etc): $15 ea
-Unreported pet or excess number of pets: $200 ea
-Uncleaned pet urine/feces/vomit inside: $50 ea. Feces outside $25 per lift
-Unapproved parties/gatherings: $500
-Excess guests above reservation number: $40 per day per guest
-Use of fireworks, sparklers, firecrackers, explosives, campfires, candles or any other open flames: $250
-Smoking odors, ash, butts: greater of $250 or professional cleaning invoice
-Carpet soiling/damage: greater of $100 per carpet or professional cleaning/repair invoice
